7-person cottage in the countryside

Renovated house in the heart of Entre-de-Mers, ideally located for visiting the area, 30 minutes from Saint Emilion and 1 hour from Bordeaux. In the town of Blasimon, not far from the departmental lake and the Abbey. My grandparents put their heart and soul into it. So yes, I put my own touch on it, but it was mostly a choice to keep this property that they had left me. I loved growing up there, coming and living there, so I'm sure others will appreciate this place and keep it alive.

A few kilometres from Saint-Emilion and the Dordogne Valley, we will welcome you to a completely renovated farmhouse of the XVIII century. You will enjoy many nature activities (hiking, mountain biking, cycling, water sports, golf, horse riding...) and the major tourist sites of the Dordogne. In the heart of the Bordeaux vineyards you can also visit prestigious castles and taste their production. We offer weekly and mid-week rentals.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Its spacious areas both indoors and outdoors are ideal for children. On the ground floor, a large living room, a shower room, a separate toilet and a master suite with shower room and toilet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with twin beds and a dressing room, a landing that can accommodate an extra bed and a bathroom.

Located in a 19th-century house with a 5,000-m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90-m² self-contained accommodation unit in a wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15-m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11-m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible into a 180-cm bed), a 30-m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.

On the ground floor you will find a living room, a kitchen open to the living room, a double bedroom, the bathroom with shower and separate toilet. The floor has a second double bedroom. A private outdoor terrace with jacuzzi, plancha and sunbathing will welcome you to take your meals and enjoy the beautiful days.

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

"Clos d'Aurelia" Charming cottage

The "Clos d'Aurelia" gîte is completely renovated and tastefully decorated to offer all modern comforts. You have an equipped kitchen. In the garden you have garden furniture, and a BBQ. The garden offers sunny or shady places to rest; we have installed sun loungers. "Clos d'Aurelia" is 15 minutes from Saint Emilion and a few steps from the vineyards.
