Charming wing in French Country House

We look forward to welcoming you into the characterful 'Petit Manoir' in the heart of the Perigord Vert. Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

The Old Goat House offers ‘rustic chic’ living set in 3 acres of tranquil parkland with beautiful vineyard views. The private sun terrace and outdoor dining space provide the perfect spot for chilling out with a glass of wine from the many excellent local wine producers. With two ensuite double bedrooms, the property sleeps four and has a spacious open plan living / dining space and a well equipped kitchen. Look out the window and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and nature this area of the Dordogne has to offer. Keep an eye out for deer, owls, red squirrels and many more. We are directly opposite the river beach of Saint Aulaye and on the edge of this historic old village. Wander up the hill to the boulangerie, shops and weekly market. Launderette facilities available in the village.

We created this place to recharge, work remotely, and spend time with family and friends. The house overlooks a plot of land partially planted with young oak trees and a large 1-hectare meadow.
