The 18th century Berry house, renovated in 2022 "21st century style", is bathed in a bright green setting bordered by the Moulin Neuf and the INDRE.

Our air-conditioned wooden house is suitable for a family vacation, including your dog. You can also organize your team meeting there. 2 bedrooms, one with two single beds, a large 45 m2 room with equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer-dryer and bathroom toilet. A foosball table and a fenced grass field will allow you to enjoy yourselves with your children, in complete safety, including the wooden terrace. 2 dwarf goats will welcome you ;)

Ideal for couples or for 2, you need to disconnect in peace in the Berry countryside, the cozy sheepfold will satisfy you with its Nordic bath and wood-fired sauna (unlimited and private, wood provided). You will have all the cozy and romantic comfort with its queen size bed and double shower. The environment is very peaceful, the terrace is not overlooked, and there are fields as far as the eye can see with roe deer passing through.

Charming country house located at the top of a small hill. Sleeps up to 6 people thanks to 2 independent bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed in the living room. The house has a courtyard overlooking the village of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre and a large garden down to the Indre. You can enjoy outdoor lounges and deckchairs. The floor as well as the barn are not available to rent.
