Family-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Christophe

We had a wonderful week. Fred and Sabrina could not have made us feel more welcome. Would highly recommend this for a couple looking for a relaxing break close to many areas of interest. Every need was catered for and more and went way beyond our expectations. Very nice people.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful place. The description is completely in line with reality and the welcome is managed efficiently, allowing you to make the most of a great holiday. Contact with the owners is easy and pleasant, we recommend without hesitation!

Very nice place with its small terrace out of sight . The hot tub is a real joy no matter the weather . Very well placed on the island . You can do anything on foot or by bike . Boris is always available and very welcoming . A big thank you . To be done again with great pleasure .

Simple accommodation in a nice peaceful setting in the countryside. Very welcoming host with nice touches (homemade jam, etc.).

We had a great time at this lovely house. It is beautifully and tastefully decorated, has a lovely garden, and is very quiet and private. The welcome was very nice and an added bonus was generously allowing our children to play with some beach toys stored at the house. The house is five minutes from an excellent bakery, pizza place and bar / cafe and ten minutes walk from a lovely beach.

An excellent family weekend in Chris's accommodation in Fouras: small cute house facing the sea (even if a rocky stonework under construction hides the view of the sea a little, but fortunately we had been warned) with everything we needed. Quiet location, close to the pier for Île-d'Aix, close to Fouras and small garden with its very pleasant deckchairs. Chris was a thoughtful and responsive host, thank you. Recommended!

Nice family house with a big garden, we and our dog loved it. The patio and terrace are relaxing. The open kitchen is large and well equipped, the sitting area is comfortable and spacious. The house is very close to the village center, easy access to the beach and local restaurants. There’s a market twice a week, and local grocery stores. We rented bicycles just around the corner and did not need the car at all. All in all we had an excellent and very relaxing stay :)

Nestled in a development of properties a short cycles across fields from La Flotte, this house probably has the best vantage point with glorious views across a cornfield to La Flotte and across the communal ground for these properties to the sea. The house is actually nicer than the photos. There’s tasteful furniture and it’s really well equipped. The tiny courtyard with the beautiful pink rose bush which the bedrooms lead onto is so lovely.

Nice house, nothing was missing. It is clean and in a very quiet corner. Very close to Domino where there is a grocery store, a bakery and a market. You can rent bikes right next door or at Domino. Sonia was super nice. The Les Sables restaurant at the campsite was very nice!

We had a great time in a well equipped, pleasant, comfortable, quiet and very well suited for families with dogs (large and perfectly enclosed grounds). We were very well received by our hosts, always available and good advice for walks nearby. Great weekend with the family.

Wonderful House with amazing pool and outside Space. We will be back!

Very nice house, pleasant, comfortable, well decorated and well equipped. The outside is as beautiful as the inside. Very friendly welcome from Estelle, which doesn't spoil anything. Remote village but not far from the beaches and La Rochelle. I recommend it.

We had a lovely time at Will et Cellou’s house, the house is really well equipped and comfortable and the outside space was perfect. If we come back to the area we would love to stay again.

After the friendly welcome, we received many valuable tips from Christine for organizing our stay. The hosts created privacy for us and were still available as a contact person. The apartment was very well equipped and we felt very comfortable.

Thank you to Marie Clotilde and Christian for their warm welcome in their cottage. For our family of 10 people it was a very pleasant stay with the pool, spacious and typical living rooms! Their invitation to an aperitif (local Cognac/Schweppes) and the very interesting visit of their home won us over! Very accommodating, our hosts leave us with an excellent memory! To be repeated!! We had a family stay at La Flotte the week of Christmas in 2024. There were 7 of us. The house is very pleasant to stay in and matches its description. The central living room is very large and overlooks the garden. We have a nice unobstructed view from the living room. The house was very well heated in winter. We had an excellent and attentive welcome from Catherine from the Concierge. I particularly appreciated the absolute calm at night for sleeping. There was no noise. The location of the house is perfect, in the very pretty village of La Flotte and an 8-minute walk to the city center where many shops were open for Christmas week. La Flotte is the most beautiful village on the island. But thanks to the bike paths, we enjoyed other villages such as Saint Martin and fell in love with Loix. The Île de Ré is very pleasant in winter with few people. We also saw a very nice concert at the Church of St. Catherine.
