Very nice stay, we had a great time in the pool! The house is very well arranged, very clean, large closets for storage and in accordance with the photos. Super nice gas barbecue! We had a very good contact with Hervé's parents who live in the house next door and are very friendly. The house is very clean, well-equipped with even small gifts on arrival. If you come with young children, beware that the pool area is not protected (no barrier or other), it has a retractable hard cover that must be closed. Thanks a lot for a great weekend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful vacation home! Everything was perfect: the house is even more beautiful than in the photos, very clean, well-equipped, tastefully decorated, and ideally located. We immediately feel at home there. A huge thank you to our host, who was exceptional from start to finish. Very responsive, warm, caring, she did everything to make our stay as good as possible. I recommend this house with my eyes closed and I hope to have the opportunity to return very soon!

We rented this accommodation for our wedding celebration. An exceptional place that perfectly matched our needs: spacious, welcoming, accessible, functional, safe for children because it is fenced... In short, if you have an event to celebrate or any other type of gathering, go there with your eyes closed, this place will be beyond your expectations once you get there :) We also want to highlight the availability of Dylan who is very accessible with a very professional and understanding attitude towards our wedding. We are used to using rental sites on a regular basis. This accommodation is by far the cleanest (impeccable cleanliness) that we have rented. Everything is well thought out, functional, the bedding, the bed linen, the decor are of beautiful quality. Our hosts are charming, available, responsive, in short everything is perfect. The accommodation is located in a recent subdivision, it is adjacent to the owners' house, but they are very respectful of each other's spaces. We highly recommend Marie's accommodation, and will happily return!

There were 10 of us and we all really enjoyed the accommodation, we had a lovely weekend! The cottage is very beautiful, with wide open spaces. It feels like it's been carefully renovated. The number of bathrooms allowed us a smooth organization which is much appreciated when there are so many of us. Claire and are husband are very welcoming and accessible. In short, we highly recommend!

Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very good welcome from David, warm welcome. Impeccable accommodation, as described, very accessible for people with reduced mobility. Quiet, peaceful. Very good restaurants not too far away. Address worth recommending!

Housing that allowed my wife, my child and myself to have a pleasant stay. Guillaume was very anxious to make sure that our stay went in the best way. He took into consideration the fact that we had an 8-month-old baby, preparing his bed and high chair. The pool was at our disposal, clean and maintained. Really great. Thanks to Guillaume.

Quiet and peaceful location with all the necessary equipment. The apartment is tastefully renovated. A small terrace to enjoy the outdoors... given the weather I could not enjoy the pool but it will be for the next time. I will come back with great pleasure.
