Located on the road to the castles, between Chambord and Cheverny, come and recharge your batteries for a few days in the peace and quiet of our house, restored in 2019. On a completely enclosed plot, the house is ideally located in the town center of the commune facing the bakery and restaurant. Ideal place to discover the Region and its riches: Sologne, banks of the Loire, visit to Beauval Zoo (Most beautiful zoo in France) and the many castles of the Loire. Bike path passes in front of the house.

De nombreuses balades dans les forêts domaniales et activités sont possibles. A seulement 5min de l'autoroute un accès rapide vers Tours et Orléans à environ 30min et à 2H de Paris.

À 40 min vous découvrirez le Clos Lucé, Chaumont, Amboise… ainsi que le zoo de Beauval ou même center parc. La maison est dans un quartier calme et familial, proche des commodités : boulangerie, tabac/presse à 2 min à pied. Supermarché / pharmacie à 5 min en voiture. Un séjour entre ville et campagne sur la route des vins et de la Loire à vélo.

Le Vieux Pressoir

Situé au milieu des vignes et en proximité des châteaux de la Loire, le Vieux Pressoir est un lieu de repos, de détente et de convivialité. Les producteurs locaux de vins, de fromages et de fruits et légumes sont présents. La Loire, les châteaux de Cheverny, Chambord et Blois, le golf de Cheverny (18 trous), le spa Caudalie sont situés entre 5 et 15 minutes du Vieux Pressoir. Le Zoo de Beauval est à 20 km. De nombreux circuits de marche et vélos sont accessibles à partir de la maison.
