We are in a small hamlet, secluded & quiet, typical & full of charm ^^ (pedestrian streets in front of the apartment) Cozy apartment, equipped kitchen, pretty bathroom, cozy living room and wooden terrace. _WIFI_ 1 double bed on the mezzanine and 1 sofa bed, very good mattress for 2 people, in the living room. Independent apartment entrance. (NON-SMOKING apartment)

Located on the heights of the village of Réotier at 1100m above sea level. You will appreciate this 116m² wooden chalet for the view and comfort. It is perfect for families (with children). The chalet is in a very calm environment. You will have a breathtaking view of the Durance valley, the Queyras mountains with a thousand hikes, the ski resorts of Vars and Risoul, the Vauban stronghold of Mont-Dauphin (listed as World Heritage by UNESCO) and the village of Guillestre.

Nearby and overlooking the village of Vallouise, Marie's bright and very comfortable chalet designed by an architect, is surrounded by a beautiful mountain garden, you will be quiet, inside as outside you will enjoy the view of a soothing mountain, the exhibition will allow you to enjoy the sun all day. Although 5 min walk from the center of the village and its amenities the place is very quiet. The large living room is decorated with a stove for your winter evenings.

GITE DU VILLARD, built in an old barn

This single-storey, new and unique cottage was made with noble materials: brushed larch, limewash, iron and wood. Discover the mountains in a different, simpler way. 🛖 Please note: • The chalet is equipped with a toilet and running water. • There is no shower and no hot water. • Please bring your own bed linen and towels (rental available upon request). • Firewood for the stove is provided.

Small wooden chalet in the mountains

Everything is there, but you have to go: Warning access: Narrow 4 km mountain dirt road accessible with a rugged vehicle (highly recommended). We do not recommend climbing in new and/or low-body vehicles. Altitude 1650 meters. From early December to late March, due to snow, the climb is only by hiking, allow a maximum of 45 minutes. Four golf holes (pitch and putt), clubs and balls are at your disposal.

Lakefront cottage

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.
