Holiday rentals with a kayak in Saint Croix River

Joanne was a great communicator and her home was lovely and perfect for a family gathering. We appreciated the tea and coffee she had available as well. We would stay again!

I spent the weekend at their cabin and really enjoyed the stay. Did some cooking in their kitchen and they had every kitchen utensil I needed to make a quality 3 course meal. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at the Airbnb! Very relaxing lake property and had plenty of things to do there. It was nice that it was in close proximity to places to eat/groceries, etc.

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

This place was absolutely perfect for our large family! Everything that was described as the resort having was available to us. Kayaks, paddle boards, boat tubes, lots of toys for children, outdoor play area for kids, great pool platform, and dock. We loved the location. It was peaceful and quiet, but so many things to do. A wonderful outdoor fire pit with wood available for burning and roasting sticks. The kitchen was fully stocked with all appliances and cooking utensils that we needed. We literally would not have needed to bring anything. We also brought our own boat up and the access to put in and get to the B&B was simple and easy and it worked out perfect for us. The only possible thing I could think of is if you are wanting to get to the big side of the lake versus the smaller peaceful one be aware of the size of your boat, as it may not fit under the train bridge. This place was absolutely PERFECT for our large family. You will not be disappointed with this place! HIGHLY RECOMM

So much better than a hotel - my family put together a puzzle, had a fire by the lake, played games with laughter and privacy, Grampa took a nap on the screen porch, money saved by cooking and had fun doing it in a kitchen ready for anything! Everything we needed was there and more- plus labels made even light switches clear at first glance! The best comment was - "I could stay here a week!" - and the photos will be memory keepers of birds in the trees and deer across the lake and mostly my family caring for one another.

The house was super clean, exactly as described. Peaceful, quiet area. The beach areas were very nice and we had them to ourselves basically. The golf course was great and the PAR3 course was great for the kids to try. Caught tons of fish straight from the shore, the club house is walkable, overall it was great, would highly recommend.

Fantastic meet in the middle location for an annual cousins weekend! Love having 4 separate sleeping arrangements, 2 bathrooms, fantastic kitchen and coffee bar! Not to mention the spacious dining room table for meals and playing games. Spacious upper-level deck with the cozy and easy gas fire pit! Paver steps to the lake with another beautiful landing and wood fire pit! Good restaurants, shopping and winery with live music all so close make it so simple to enjoy a little of everything. Fantastic, responsive, and helpful host just minutes away with messages on the app. Can't wait to repeat our visit. We felt at home and LOVED our stay at the cottage on Lake Wissota. Thank you!

Ted and Lori were amazing host, and when stepping into the Airbnb it shows how they care for the place and the experience of guest.

From the moment I booked, the owners messaged me and when we got onsite we were welcomed with a beautiful note and local Wisconsin beer! It was a beautiful relaxing weekend!

We enjoyed our Minimoon here. Was great. Nothing bad to say, other than we clearly didn’t thoroughly read the posting because we were shocked that it was a guest house! Our fault. But anyway, very clean and nice! Would for sure recommend.

When we walked in the door it was like stepping into your home. It was so warm and inviting. The surroundings are beautiful and calming. We felt so at peace here. Jacob and Eddie responded to every message almost immediately. We took the paddle boat out and got to see even more of the beautiful lake. I can’t begin to describe how perfect our stay was. I would give them 100 stars if I could. We will definitely be back!

Very nice clean place. We went for a relaxing weekend away and that is what we got. Things to go do that are not far, but a distance that allows your time at house to be peaceful. Bethany was great at giving the details needed and quick to respond. Thank you for allowing us to stay and relax

Amazing place! Highly recommend. Property is beautiful, easy access to all lake activities, private and quiet, high end amenities, whole experience was perfectly designed down to every last detail. Can't recommend enough and will definitely stay again.

Wow! This was my first Airbnb stay and Keriann set the bar high. She thought of every amenity a guest might need, and then thought of more. The cottage offered a quiet place to stay with a beautiful lakeside view. We enjoyed listening to the resident eagles chattering from their nearby nest and watching them soar to find their next meal. The two-level deck is huge and offered a wonderful space for us to gather. Everything inside the home was labeled, so we could easily find anything we were looking for. The beds were more comfortable than ours at home and there was an ample supply of extra pillows and blankets. Our only regret was booking 2 nights instead of many more. Keriann was so kind and so responsive to help us secure our last minute reservation. She is a gem of a host. Her commitment to provide the highest level of hospitality at her property is unmatched. We can’t wait to book our next visit to Eagle Crest Cottage!

We had an awesome getaway at Robb’s place. It was peaceful, so gorgeous, and seemed much larger and nicer than the photos. It was also very private, and we enjoyed access to the kayaks. The bed was comfy, as was the whole space. We would definitely recommend the Airbnb to others, and would stay here again if we can! Thanks for a great accommodation!

Carol’s place was perfect for our weekend stay while in Siren for a hockey tournament. Incredibly clean, private, peaceful, and perfectly laid out. She was a great host and made sure all our q’s were answered throughout our stay. Highly recommend anyone stay @ Carol’s cabin!

The stay was amazing, I ended up checking in late, so it was dark. But waking up in the morning it was mind blowing scenery. The pictures don’t do justice on how pretty the cabin and view from the porch are. Very nice and clean. 10/10 would recommend.

In need of a fun and flexible place to stay near some old college friend I returned to Airbnb to find this wonderful cabin! Worked out great, easy arrival, woke to great views of the river, coffee by the water…. Great way to enjoy my visit.

Beautiful cabin and location, so homey! Katie thought of everything and there were so many things provided! We were able to catch big sunfish from the dock (released!) We loved the kayaks and paddle boat, it was too chilly to swim. The grounds were beautiful and the view from the deck was breathtaking! We made treasured family memories! Thank you, highly recommended!
