we had a great week, tastefully furnished and very comfortable accommodation, nothing is missing and it quickly feels like home. a big thank you to Estelle for her kind attention, to Jean Baptiste for his welcome. Estelle is very welcoming, communication is very easy with her which is very nice nowadays. we enjoyed being welcomed by our hosts. haven of peace and tranquility we highly recommend the small accommodation and intend to come back.

We spent 2 fabulous days in a sublime place. It is a haven of peace where everything is gathered to recharge. Brigitte is welcoming and discreet. The pool is accessible without any restrictions. And what a joy to cool off...especially these last few days that were very hot. We will come back, because the region is large, we will rent again in this little paradise.

We had a pleasant stay at Catherine and Hervé's. They gave us a very warm welcome and gave us good tips. Listing is as described, cozy and functional. The outdoor amenities are inviting (table, bench, sun loungers and plancha). We stayed there in the spring and were able to enjoy their garden their beautiful flower garden!

A perfect stay in the heart of Sarlat! We had a wonderful stay in this ideally located rental. The location is simply perfect for fully enjoying the bucolic atmosphere and authentic charm of Sarlat. Everything is within walking distance, allowing you to stroll through the picturesque alleys, discover the markets and savor the local gastronomy without constraint. A big thank you to Nathalie, the owner, for her warm welcome, availability and valuable advice. The accommodation is very comfortable, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. A small but significant plus: free parking nearby, which is rare and very appreciable in this city. We recommend this property without a second thought and will be happy to come back! Apart from getting very lost trying to find it we had an absolutely wonderful stay. The house is really beautiful and perfect for our party of 9 (including a baby & toddler). The pool was really fun and we enjoyed the ping pong table. The house was very well equipped and we found lots to do within 30-40 min drive. Lovely restaurant in Coly (10 min drive) opposite the church and great supermarket in Terrasson (15 min drive). Lots of local markets, Sarlat was especially good. Would definitely recommend this beautiful house and we hope to be back one day!

A nice surprise much better than in the photos , this pretty stone house in nature is nicely decorated , combining high-end furniture, modernity and the charm of this old Perigord house. The pool area is beautiful and very comfortable we enjoyed these few days with family as a family

Wow, what a place. The view is fantastic. The cottage is fine. I'm glad there are two showers. We were allowed to use the pool and that was really great! The hosts are very nice and offer help where needed.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

It’s difficult to describe how special this place is! Situated on a beautiful property, the apartment is accessed through a gate into a courtyard and feels very private. (The place does share the courtyard with two other rental units, which were empty when we were there but it might have felt less private had they been occupied.) A converted barn, the apartment is cozy and unique with beautiful, thoughtful touches throughout. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and cooking in the well-appointed kitchen was a pleasure. Hosts are wonderful - warm and welcoming, and available and helpful without being intrusive. They even offered to bake us a savory pie on arrival and happily donated some butter to make our daughter’s birthday cake as the nearby shops were closed. We would love to come back one day and be able to swim and spend more time outdoors - as it was, our daughter loved exploring the yard and woods, filled with delightful surprises. A gem!

We stayed here in June 2025. The villa was absolutely fantastic. The location is ideal for a short drive to local towns like Sarlat, but is nestled away over looking the dordogne river! Didier was extremely helpful and proactive with communication. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.

We stayed at Laurence's for an evening. Communication with Laurence was very smooth and pleasant before our arrival. The property is very beautiful and the suite was impeccable. Our hosts were also very friendly on site. We highly recommend and will not hesitate to contact them again for a longer visit to this beautiful region Thanks, both of you.

We absolutely loved staying at this cute, clean place. It was really nicely decorated, free of clutter, everything was new and comfy, but the best thing was the view, deck, and hot tub. Oh, and the frogs at night. Just the sweetest piece of country land to be found. The beds were amazing, linens were great. Honestly, nothing to say other than I will and would book this place again. If you're looking for a beautiful night sky, hot tub under the stars, and a great home to call home, this is it. Great host, too :)

Charming little house very nicely decorated, quiet in the countryside on the edge of a greenway (many tourist sites accessible by bike via roads/paths with very little traffic). Diane is very concerned about your well-being. Very nice place to recharge and enjoy this corner of Périgord away from the noise and the crowd.

What can I say?! A little spot of paradise in the most beautiful part of France. We had 3 nights of relaxation after getting married in the south of France and this was just what we needed. Robert and Stephane were the best hosts; responsive and attentive but also gave us our privacy. The cottage was just beautiful, cosy and very well equipped. The garden and the pool were simply stunning. Don’t think photos can do this place justice, just go and see for yourselves! We’ll be back!

We had an utterly fabulous week at Magalie's lovely gite. Very tranquil settings, just the sounds of the birds and peace and quiet. The grounds were beautiful tended and the gite was immaculate and very well set out and equiped. The beds were memory foam I think and very comfortable and lots of hot water. Important things i think when looking for reviews. It rained most days but the heating was on and very comfortable. ,Magalie and her husband were very helpful and lovely hosts. We will book again xx

Beautiful house, with an absolutely therific garden and a proper pool. The value is extremely good for the price!

We really loved our two week stay and hope to return for a month next year. Didier and Christine are charming hosts, helpful and fun. The house is characterful and comfortable. The pool is great for doing laps and is shared with the three other gites in the small complex. The location is perfect, rural yet only 6 minutes' drive from Beynac. There are lovely forest walks. We found it so peaceful and relaxing.
