The property is only 15 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 40 minutes from Bordeaux. The gîte comprises of: • a 30 m² room with a sofa bed and an equipped kitchen • a 12 sq. m. room • A 10 m² (108 sq. ft.) bathroom with toilet. Our daughters will be able to use the pool occasionally with your consent.
