You will find peace and quiet in the countryside setting of our old renovated walls while being a 5-minute walk from the village (bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, optician, media library, 10-minute walk from the daily market in summer and 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday) outside of this period, and 15 to 20 minutes from the beaches, port and restaurants. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

The living room area includes a sofa and the bedroom area includes a double bed.
