Holiday rentals with lake access in Saint-Denis

One of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The host was incredibly welcoming, communicative, and helpful, offering great local tips and thoughtful touches like a welcome note and snacks. The home was spotless, stylish, and fully equipped—from a comfy bed and soft linens to a well-stocked kitchen. We especially loved the cozy living area and peaceful ambiance. Location was ideal: quiet, safe, and close to shops, restaurants, and attractions. Every detail was carefully thought out, from fast Wi-Fi to clear instructions and labeled amenities. It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was outstanding. We were so impressed by how much care went into making our stay perfect. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area—we left with beautiful memories and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

Very comfortable & well-appointed space. The bedroom & bathroom are slightly seperated from the living room which was useful. Just across the street from the Bois de Vincennes which is a very large park with lakes, rowboats, islands, restaurants, a horse-track & much more. There is also a cute local park on the other side. A short walk to a main street with restaurants etc , and just bit further to the metro. It's not quite Paris but has good access to Paris. There are buses that go into Paris even closer than the metro. Virginie, her husband & their incredibly cute dog, Purple, are very welcoming & thoughtful, helped us carry our suitcases up the stairs. (It's not handicap accesible). All in all, we had a very pleasant stay.

This home was ideal and spacious for our group of 10 (5 Adults and 5 Kids). Location was also very convenient with grocery store, shopping center, bank/atm, restaurants and delicious bakery within walking distance. I was a little concerned about there not being any AC however we didn’t need it. Home stayed nice a cool and fans were available in every room. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe.

Chantal et Tim sont d'excellents hôtes. Nous avons été très bien reçus. L'accueil est chaleureux et amical. La Petite Maison est un endroit charmant. Propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et bien chauffé, avec un petit jardin où il fait bon prendre le soleil et son café dès les premiers rayons. Nous sommes ravis !

Perfektes Haus für eine entspannte Auszeit mit Freunden Wir waren mit 8 Personen dort und hätten uns keine bessere Unterkunft wünschen können! Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Aufenthalt braucht. Der Pool war ein echtes Highlight – ideal zum Chillen, umgeben von herrlicher Natur und absoluter Ruhe. Gleichzeitig ist die Lage super praktisch: Man ist in kurzer Zeit in Paris – sowohl mit dem Zug als auch mit dem Auto problemlos machbar. Wir haben beides ausprobiert, ganz unkompliziert. Die Gastgeber waren freundlich, hilfsbereit und alles hat reibungslos funktioniert. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, Entspannen und gleichzeitig perfekt angebunden – absolute Empfehlung!

Magnifique appartement pour ce qui aime le calme toute et a proximité

È stato tutto perfetto, sia la loro disponibilità che l’alloggio. Torneremo sicuramente. Attenzione però ad uscire dalla metro alla sortie ESPLANADE perché altrimenti dovete fare un sacco di strada in più per nulla. Consigliatissimo e super comodo per Parigi o Disneyland

Daire fotoğraflarda gösterildiği gibi temizdi gerçekten. Balkonun seine nehrine bakan çok iyi bir manzarası var. Evin cadde üzerinde olması çok iyi herşeye kolay bir şekilde erişe biliyorsunuz. Müsliman bir aile olarak bizi, biri evin tam karşısından olmak üzere yakınlarda çok sayıdada "helal" restoranın bulunması çok memnun etti. Ayrınca klozetin içinde değil yanında da olsa bir tahret musluğu var.

Wahiba was a wonderful host…always communicative and flexible. I knew I could always ask any questions. The apartment is very convenient to everything in the Bel Air Neighborhood, including public transportation, which made it easy to get anywhere in Paris. Thank you for a wonderful stay and if I’m back in Paris, I will try to book the apartment again.

Uma casa pequena mas com tudo o necessário para uma curta estadia. Pouco mais de 5 minutos a pé da RER A a meio caminho do centro de Paris e da Disneyland. Os anfitriões foram muito acessíveis e atenciosos. As nossas filhas adoraram. Numa próxima visita a Paris esta será a nossa escolha. Obrigado por tudo!

Magali è una persona gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento si trova a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro 5, capolinea bobigny. In zona c'è una farmacia ed un supermercato. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i confort. Manca il condizionatore ma ci sono due ventilatori. Lo consiglio.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern) haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles vorhanden, von Kaffee über Shampoo bis zu Spielzeug, und sehr sauber. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Check-in und Check-out funktionierten zuverlässig und reibungslos. Die Lage ist ruhig und trotzdem gut angebunden, so dass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut erreichen kann. Die Metro ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Sollte der Weg für kleine Kinderbeine oder nach einem Ausflugstag zu lang sein, empfiehlt sich die Bushaltestelle direkt um die Ecke.

Mein letzter Besuch der "Stadt der Liebe" , rührte noch von meiner Schulzeit her. Dieser Besuch war mit vielen schönen Erinnerungen verbunden. Demnach war ich voller positiver Erwartungen. Diese wurden allesamt bestätigt. Claude und Ihr Mann, sind perfekte Gastgeber, die sehr um das Wohl Ihrer jeweiligen Gäste besorgt und bemüht sind. Die Lage dieser Immobilie, war für meine Bedürfnisse perfekt, da diese wenn man es wollte, zügig ins Stadtzentrum von Paris führen kann, andererseits aber einen so ruhigen und entspannenden Charakter aufweist, wie es eigentlich nur Naherholungsgebiete oder Kurzentren anzubieten vermögen. Ein perfekter Ort zum entschleunigen und dem teilweise stressigen Alltag zeitweise zu entfliehen. Insgesamt gesehen, ist dieses Angebot auch für Langzeitaufenthalte wärmstens geeignet und sehr zu empfehlen. Ich danke den beiden, dass Sie mit dazu beigetragen haben, mir den zweiten Besuch von Paris zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht zu haben.

Logement propre et fidèle aux photos, arrivée en autonomie très facile, hôte très réactif, localisation tout proche du centre de Lamorlaye. Cadre sympa avec les poneys qui sont devant la maison !

Nous avons adoré la petite maison de Barbara ! Il y fait frais en saison chaude, ce qui est fort appréciable. Tout a été parfait - les conseils, l'accueil, la communication, le lieu - et nous avons pu profiter de cette belle région le temps d'un week end. Nous reviendrions volontiers en hiver pour profiter de la cheminée !

Très bonne communication avec la hôte qui a été réactive et sympathique. Le logement était propre, chaleureux et bien équipé, tout ce que nous recherchions. Je recommande !

Een heerlijk huis in een prachtige omgeving midden in de bossen. De vijver met bootje vonden onze kinderen geweldig. Juana en Eric wonen aan de overkant dus helpen als het nodig is. Een aanrader.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay here. We visited with our family (5&2). The children had lots of room to run around outside. Thierry even put on the sprinklers for us to cool down. The kids had a blast. The accomodation itself was perfect for us. It was clean, had games, tv and books. He had some dishwasher tablets and washing machine tabs which were a lifesaver the night before our family wedding!! There was a big rotating fan in each room. We were also very thankful for the coffee and cool water provided by the host. He was very generous with his time and assisted whenever he could. We wish you all the luck with your future plans for this property and will hopefully return someday.
