At the edge of the forest (gate opens directly into forest), this 400m² manor house a fireplace, a covered pool (open from May 1-September 30), and a fire pit outside in the vast garden. Paris is 1h15 away. The house is perfect for big families with children. A great way to spend the summer holidays or weekends with your extended family. Minimum stay June-August is 7 days. In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.
