We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The cottage ( 110 m2) is an old winemaker's house completely renovated in 2018.

The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.
