Ideally located: close to the village and shops, 20 minutes from the center of Nantes and 40 minutes from La Baule and Guérande by car (There is also a train station in the village that serves Nantes and La Baule). The accommodation has an open kitchen overlooking a beautiful living room with a wood burning stove, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets. The gite can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests.

Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. For one or two people, the 180 X 200 bed can accommodate 2 separate 90 X 200 beds. The cottage is adjoining the main house but completely independent with a garden and private parking. Very good location, for both business and tourist clientele.
