In the heart of the village of Saint Etienne de tinée, renovated house of 60m2 with taste where you will find calm and serenity. A terrace overlooking the garden will welcome you for convivial moments. You will find all the necessary shops (supermarkets, butcher, bakery, pharmacy, restaurant...). Easy and free parking in the post office parking lot 50 m from the accommodation. 2 steps from the telèpulse which will take you directly to the Auron slopes. Located 6 km from our villa.

Our family home will allow you to enjoy the great outdoors and the fun of the mountains. The vegetation, trees and flowers that line the house as well as its panoramic view are a real delight. Located just a 2-minute drive from the medieval village of Beuil and 7 minutes from the Valberg ski resort, it's a perfect vacation spot. In winter: cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. In summer: hiking, mountain biking, etc... Supermarket, bakery and very good restaurants in the village.

Bienvenue dans notre maison, nichée au cœur d'un paysage montagnard spectaculaire. La maison allie confort moderne et charme rustique. Parfaite pour les familles, les groupes d'amis ou les couples, loin du stress de la vie quotidienne, venez découvrir un endroit où le temps semble s'arrêter, et où chaque moment est une invitation à la sérénité. Avec ses vastes espaces de vie, cette maison peut accueillir confortablement jusqu'à 8 personnes.

Charmant studio idéalement situé, très paisible et en pleine nature, tout en étant proche du centre village (environ 100m) et de la télécabine de la Pinatelle (environ 200m) pour se rendre sur les pistes de ski ⛷️ À environ 200m du magasin de location de ski (à côté de la cabine Pinatelle). Grande terrasse ensoleillée plein sud. Jardin. Table à disposition pour vous régaler autour d’un bon repas. Transats pour faire le lézard 😉

Accessible PMR, our cottage located in the heart of nature will allow you to take a well-deserved breath of fresh air! Located at the gates of Mercantour Park, you'll have access to many hikes such as the GR20, ski resorts and beautiful forests nearby. The area is full of great places to discover with family or friends. For your pleasure, pets are allowed at no extra cost! You'll even have access to a free dog training ground.

Welcome to our cottage. Perfect for a couple or family getaway. It includes one bedroom with double bed, one bathroom. A mezzanine for children and a lounge area with TV. The kitchen is fully equipped (toaster, Senseo, raclette machine) Linens are provided. Outside, enjoy a table for alfresco dining, a hammock for relaxation and a trampoline for children, a place of comfort and conviviality for a memorable stay.
