This charming independent house, with a terrace and pool, is ideally located in the heart of Saint-Étienne, close to the grandes écoles , as well as the Palais des Congrès. Fully equipped, it offers comfortable sleeping for 2x2 people. Whether you want to work individually or as a small team , this space is perfect for combining work and relaxation. Just so you know, the staircase to the bedroom is a little steep. No festive events are impossible

Relax in this quiet and stylish space. A private room with private bathrooms in a family home. We have 2 little girls (4 years and 2 years). We live here so shared pool if we are there. The girls sleep upstairs and we have a second bedroom downstairs where we sleep. We are very welcoming. You have the sheltered summer kitchen available to you and the exteriors: terrace, pétanque, trampoline... we are accommodating. Don't hesitate.

Small charming house in the countryside

House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage. House adjoining the owners' house but independent with private garden area and barbecue, you can enjoy the pool in summer.

A Greek house feel near Loire, St Etienne

We renovated the bottom of our house in a "vacation" spirit. We're working hard to make your stay enjoyable. You will be accommodated on the ground floor, which is independent. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace, petanque court, trampoline, ping pong table and swimming pool. Our house is ideally located for beautiful walks along the Loire. Parties are forbidden. And no pets either, our children are allergic.

Caprice... a small atypical cottage in a quiet area.

Caprice is the name we have given to our cottage. It is fully equipped for 4 people willing to sleep in the same room. The pool is available to our tenants during their stay between June 1 and September 30. The HOT TUB with a capacity of 3 people maximum is available to our tenants during their stay between October 1 and May 31. Pétanque terrain and balls are available for your use all year long.
