Cette charmante maison indépendante, dotée d'une terrasse et d'une piscine, est idéalement située au cœur de Saint-Étienne, à proximité des grandes écoles , ainsi que du palais des congrès. Entièrement équipée, elle propose un couchage confortable pour 2x2 personnes. Que vous souhaitiez travailler individuellement ou en petite équipe , cet espace est parfait pour allier travail et détente. Pour information l'escalier d'accès à la chambre est un peu raide. Tout évènement festif est impossible

Détendez-vous dans ce logement calme et élégant. Une chambre privée avec salle de bain privative dans une maison familiale. Nous avons 2 petites filles (4 ans et 2 ans). Nous vivons ici donc piscine partagée si nous sommes là. Les filles dorment à l’étage et nous avons une seconde chambre en bas où nous dormons. Nous sommes très accueillants. Vous avez la cuisine d’été abritée à disposition pr vous et les extérieurs: terrasse, pétanque, trampoline… nous sommes arrangeants. N’hésitez pas.

Between Lyon and Saint-Etienne, at the foot of the Pilat, you can take beautiful walks or come for work. Remote working possible. The accommodation is independent on the ground floor with private entrance, 1 bedroom, 1 shower room + toilet, 1 equipped kitchen + dining area, 1 terrace. The pool and garden are shared with my family, we live on the 1st floor of the house. Restrictions for everyone's peace: no parties, no children, no pets, non-smoking accommodation.

House located in a hamlet in the countryside between Monts du Forez and Gorges de la Loire, 20 minutes from Saint Etienne and Saint-Bonnet-Le-Château, about 1 hour from Lyon and Clermont-Ferrand, 1 hour 15 minutes from Puy en Velay, come and rest, hike or mountain bike, many paths from the cottage. House adjoining the owners' house but independent with private garden area and barbecue, you can enjoy the pool in summer.

We renovated the bottom of our house in a "vacation" spirit. We're working hard to make your stay enjoyable. You will be accommodated on the ground floor, which is independent. Outside, you can enjoy the terrace, petanque court, trampoline, ping pong table and swimming pool. Our house is ideally located for beautiful walks along the Loire. Parties are forbidden. And no pets either, our children are allergic.
