Ideal if you prefer tranquility, the cottage is adjoining the owner’s house with independent access and private parking.

Nestled away amongst several acres of lush woodland in the heart of the Breton countryside is the wonderfully charming gîte. A former watermill restored into a stunning gîte, the property boasts beautifully landscaped gardens with an array of native woodland flowers; a picturesque pond where you can see small trout leaping from the water; a natural stream running across the gardens and a small waterfall flowing down one side of the gîte. It consists of a living room opening onto a balcony with bay view, and a large bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed. Wi-Fi and smart TV. Sleeps 2 people maximum. Perfect for up to 4 people, it can nevertheless accommodate a family with 3 children. Newly renovated, it combines modern comfort and a warm atmosphere. Its terrace and landscaped garden allow a bucolic getaway a stone's throw from the beaches.
