Our lovely apartment is perfect to use as base for sightseeing in the area of Lot et Garonne and Dordogne. There are the bastide towns of Monpazier, Monflanquin, chateau Bonaguil, Chateau Biron to name a few. Parc en ceil and public swimming pool. After a day of sight seeing relax in the courtyard with a fountain with a glass of wine and barbecue. Domaine of Seguinet is set in 18 acres of grounds with access to fishing on the property or natural swimmming and boating on the lake.

Gîte for 4 to 6 people with pool

The house is set in a green setting, surrounded by a large park and a small piece of forest. We use no chemicals outside. The pool is large, well secured and heated. It will sometimes be shared with the owners of the premises but the tenants of the cottage remain a priority. We have a large vegetable garden and like to share our passion. The cottage is well equipped but let's always listen to our tenants to satisfy their requests.

Pomarède is located 10 minutes' drive from Prayssac (and all its local shops), 5 minutes' drive from Frayssinet-le-Gélat (bakery, supermarket, water park) and 35 minutes' drive from Cahors. Beautiful walks on foot or by bike can be taken in the surrounding area. In summer, due to its orientation and stone, the house will allow you to stay cool.
