We have made this house into a family home & are delighted to be able to share it with you. It is full of period charm, surrounded by vineyards & fully equipped to cater for everything you would want on your holiday. A true home away from home, just minutes from St Emilion & family lake beaches.

Built in 1884, this traditional winemaker’s house made of Gironde stone is located in the heart of Thomas’s vineyard estate in Saint-Émilion. Independent and surrounded by vines, it combines period charm, modern comfort, and authenticity. Your host, Thomas, a local winemaker, offers guided cellar visits and wine tastings upon request. Just 5 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 35 minutes from Bordeaux, it’s the perfect starting point to experience the Bordeaux art of living.

Gîte de Laplagnotte

House in the heart of the vineyards, 2.5 km from the village of Saint-Emilion. Quiet environment. Three bedrooms including two modular (2 x 90 or 1 x 180). A couple with four children or a maximum of three couples can be accommodated. Beds made and bath towels. Separate bathroom and toilets. Separate and fully equipped kitchen. Petanque and molkki area, garden table and chairs. BBQ. The cottage ( 110 m2) is an old winemaker's house completely renovated in 2018.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

La Petite Maison in the vineyards

The beautiful Girondine is happy to welcome you to its adjoining cottage (40m2), nestled in the heart of the vineyards, with its wine-making activities, located only 1.5 km from the center of Saint-Émilion and offers parking and bicycle shelter. British Franco, Jany and his daughter Felicia will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the sights to visit. We offer a classic or continental breakfast included in the nightly rate. "Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
