Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Genix-les-Villages

We had a lovely stay at Émilie's house. The house is very suitable for small children, who had fun with the toys available and the games in the garden. We'll be happy to go back!

I was required to stay one more night by your rules, this extra cost is not obvious, but this small downside was made up for by the approval of the premises, the cordial, discreet and no-frills welcome. Great environment for many activities, a very well-equipped house, nice rooms, a peaceful exterior

This place is pure French countryside magic. It starts with the pathway up to the home. You’ve past breathtaking scenery and end up on an authentic gravel path. Just when you question if you’re in the right place, you come up the drive to heaven. The place is very clean and we truly enjoyed the gifts that the hosts left us. The bottle of champagne, the artisanal sausage, the freshly picked walnuts and currants made our stay so warm and friendly. The main room w/ kitchen and living room made for great conversation as we planned our next day’s activities. Thank you for allowing us to rent your place.

Small house with its charming terrace that perfectly matched what we were looking for. Sébastien is a very welcoming host and we enjoyed all our exchanges. I highly recommend it!

Great place to stay to discover the area between Annecy and Genoble. Good parking for car and trailered motorcycle. Comfortable and spacious living area and kitchen. Beautifully situated within short walking distance of the village with bakeries, restaurants and all amenities. Wonderful hosts who really made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Marie-Laure's room immediately gives you the impression of being at the "house ", it is very well decorated and really very clean. you can drop off your car in the area and do everything on foot during your stay, in an ideal location! In addition, the room is in an old palace with a beautiful lobby, large stairs and huge hallways....I love it! I would definitely come back!

Everything was great! Fabrice's very warm welcome, the brand new studio is of very high quality and the equipment ( kitchen, bathroom, etc...) better than we can hope for.... even with very pleasant touches ( coffee, herbal tea, condiments etc .) Recommended +++ only regret not having enjoyed it longer ...

We had a very nice and relaxing time in this apartment with the wonderful panoramic terrace. What was not visible in the photos: She also had a spacious covered terrace on the side of the house! 🤩 The apartment is very well equipped and very comfortable.

Sebastian's apartment is in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the view of the lake whilst sitting on the terrace or looking out of my bedroom window. The apartment is self contained and it was lovely to have my own space to cook my evening meal and prepare for the next day. The bed was comforable and the room a good temerature, in spite of the warm weather. I had everything I needed and would love to return there.

New accommodation tastefully furnished and very well located (between lake and mountain according to the ad). You will find all the amenities and even more to have a very good stay. We have to go back (with a little more sun!!)

2-night stay: I recommend Alain's studio, very bright, beautiful view of the mountain and also of the outdoor parking, large studio with everything you need (bed linen, coffee, internet). The plus: a closed garage in the basement, for a small vehicle such as a 208. Located in the city center, everything is done on foot. The only downside is that the residence is built on a slope, so the ground floor is not the ground floor but the minus 1, so it's complicated to find your way from the basement to the exit. I did not meet Alain (independent arrival) but as soon as I had a question, he responded very quickly by SMS or call.

ground floor apartment with a beautiful terrace sheltered from view. The studio is comfortable, the kitchen is practical and well-equipped, even if I only spent one night. City center within walking distance in 5 min, restaurants, park... very nice host.

In Chambéry for a week of training, I was delighted by the accommodation offered by Claudine, very well arranged, comfortable living and bedding, and what can I say about Claudine's Garden... a real space of tranquility in the middle of the city... the accommodation is well located next to several shops and restaurants (I recommend the gourmet moment😉) close to the city center... by car or on foot by the bike path by the river... Claudine is a very nice host... I would come back without hesitation during my visits to Chambéry

We had the most wonderful stay, Séverine was incredibly welcoming and even arranged for us to be picked up from the station! On arrival in the apartment we were given a detailed tour and they accompanied the welcome with a gift box which was very kind! The apartment itself is gorgeous and the additions of the tennis court and swimming pool included make it incredible value for money, not to mention the apartment being only a 20-30 minute walk from both the lake and the town! We cannot recommend enough!

We had a pleasant weekend at Véronique's place. She is very helpful and suggested many activities and addresses for our weekend. The accommodation is very nice, we were able to go from the accommodation to the city center and also to the lake.
