Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Saint-Genix-les-Villages

Our stay went very well. Cathy and Christophe's chalet is very comfortable and very pleasant. The environment is peaceful and refreshing. Beautiful walks nearby and nice sites to visit. Cathy was welcoming and available. We would highly recommend it.

Idalie is a wonderful hostess. She is very pleasant, friendly, courteous and arranges our arrival without major problems. Everything was seamless. The place is a dream. Everything was there. We felt at home. We immediately noticed that Idalie is a family person. Everything was just right: baby chair, baby bath and changing table. The pool in the garden is excellent. We had a lot of fun and a great time. We highly recommend it!

William, thank you for letting us use your house. We had a wonderful time, but that was already evident from the extra night we wanted to stay. We are still enjoying the house and the surroundings and tomorrow, 10:00 a.m., we will unfortunately be leaving. Definitely recommended or a reason to come back

Nicolas was very welcoming in allowing us to access the accommodation earlier. The pool and jacuzzi are enjoyable in this summer period. The place has a crazy charm. However, beware of neighbors who cannot tolerate the slightest noise.

We had a wonderful time with a super beautiful view! Location is good walking distance to the restaurants and the lake. There is plenty to do on and around the lake. Apartment was neat and everything was present. Only the bathroom was very small. Shower in bathtub and had to hold the shower head by hand because there was no suspension option. That was really a minus point for us. For the rest, highly recommended.

We came in and felt right at home! The nice decor, the beautiful courtyard and the great pool enchanted us. The equipment is absolutely sufficient and all important devices are available. The grill is particularly cool, and you can even use it on rainy days under the covered area of the yard. You can feel completely comfortable and relax in the beautiful accommodation. In the area, you can pursue many different activities and enjoy the great nature. Evening walks can also be started directly from the house. An absolutely successful holiday! The perfect place to stay in Annecy. Smack dab in the middle of the old town and 10 minutes walk from the train station. The apartment is beautiful and very quiet. This one is worth a trip just to stay here.

Easily accessible and close to all amenities and the lake, its truly one of my favourite places. Catherine as always is communicative and helpful. Three wonderful days in the very pretty house of Aude, impeccable house, very well equipped in everything, perfect bathroom, nice and practical kitchen, the bedding is super comfortable, the rooms are lovely, dream location with views of the lake and the Alps, very nice garden, we don't know what to add as everything was positive, we had a hard time leaving! Aude was more than charming and attentive, flexible, quick to respond, we absolutely recommend! And we hope to come back!

A very pleasant stay in this accommodation. We loved the terrace under the wisteria, the large very bright main room and its library of comics that we were unable to exhaust despite an intensive rhythm but also the comings and goings of the black cat, very endearing or the stove provided. Agnes was, moreover, a very responsive and helpful host. I would recommend it without a second thought!

The stay was very pleasant, Marie is very available, kind and accommodating. We stayed for 2 weeks the accommodation was great, the garden well appointed and very pleasant, the cottage really well equipped nothing missing. We can park inside in the courtyard with a secure gate. The city center of Challes les eaux is only a 10-minute walk with all the shops. We recommend 100% and will undoubtedly be back.
