A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area close to the forest, allowing for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbors. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Maud was very friendly, warm and welcoming. She showed us some places to visit, and recommended lovely restaurants and was super helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The house is clean, tidy and has everything you need. It is in a quiet area and walking distance to all amenities, and the beach is about 2kms away. Highly recommend.

Very good stay at Clo and Alex's. A very good location to be in peace. This stretch of water is also very peaceful. The bungalow is very comfortable and large with good bedding. I would recommend it in a second.

Thanks to Bernadette and Stéphane because we had a great family vacation. The house is very nice and well-equipped. Ideal for us. A holiday in the countryside with animals, just as we like them. Tranquility assured. Very relaxing vacation as we wanted, especially with a 2-month-old baby. We appreciated that the house was equipped for the little one. Bernadette is a very nice and friendly host, attentive to her tenants. We hope to return next year. Just a tiny downside for the path that leads to the house. We would recommend this house. We greatly enjoyed our holiday in this beautiful villa in Seignosse! The house was comfortable and equipped with every comfort, and the private pool was really a lovely extra. The fully fenced yard was perfect for our dog – he enjoyed as much as we did! The location is quiet yet close to the beach and nice villages in the area. Everything was well arranged and the contact with the host was pleasant and smooth. Thank you so much for the nice holiday – we'd love to come back!

We had a great stay with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the swimming pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

Annick is charming and her accommodation is great! The tranquility you can breathe is incredible! The pool in the courtyard is TOP! It even has a couple of bikes available to enjoy. Very quiet residence, since cars are not allowed in the grounds of the holiday village, which is a real plus. The place is close to the lake and ocean by bike, making the stay even more enjoyable. The amenities Christophe provides are great and the pool is great. Christophe is good advice and above all very responsive. We would not hesitate to return occasionally.

Chris and Lotte have done a fantastic sympathetic restoration, of a very fine and spacious 1930s house, in a secluded and tranquil setting. It makes a perfect base for exploring delightful local surroundings, or further afield to the likes of San Sebastián. Chris and Lotte are very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended.

We loved our stay at Jean and Agnès's. First of all, a very good welcome, with very nice touches. The small chalet is charming, well-equipped in a beautiful environment. And despite the sometimes capricious weather, we enjoyed the beautiful sheltered terrace every evening, a beautiful surprise even better than in the photos. Our dog Pepito had a blast in the garden. a wonderful stay, the house very nice, where you feel good, bathroom, kitchen refurbished in good taste, the rooms very welcoming with nice duvets, very comfortable beds, everything is planned for 1 relaxing stay as in the hotel with 1 nice garden landscape, the house is in 1 haven of peace, vegetation and forest surrounds you, and my dog loved it too. Thank you to Sophie and her husband for their kind welcome. We'll come back, that's for sure.

We are delighted with our stay at Julien's! In addition to being functional, the house allows everyone to have their privacy, with rooms far enough apart from each other arranged around the living room, very nice, bright and nicely furnished / decorated. The place is very quiet, the only "noise" heard was that of the ocean, behind the pine forest that borders the back of the property, a real delight! Julien is responsive and available for any necessary information. We would have liked to stay longer!
