Les Frênes - Malvy Island

Small private island located between Angoulême and Cognac, on the "La Flow vélo" bike path, in the immediate vicinity of the pretty Bain des Dames beach. House with adjoining garden overlooking the river. Numerous activities on site: swimming pool, kayaks and bicycles, large games room: billiards, table tennis, foosball, darts, board games, toys for children, books, comics... The island is also home to a forest garden which makes it a real oasis for biodiversity!

The mill house

At the heart of the Charente vineyards, old mill of the late 18th century completely renovated with heated pool. Quiet on the edge of a small village, by the river and only 4 km from Pons, near Cognac, Bordeaux, Royan, La Rochelle ... All rooms are equipped with storage, queen size beds, televisions. Satin sheets and towels are provided. The fully equipped kitchen with 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and a large cooking piano. Fiber internet connection.

Let yourself be lulled by the sounds of nature in this unique home. Located a few meters below the Moulin, this Cave Chaux Oven is available for your visit. A home cut from the rock that remained intact from its active era, the walls bear the stigma of lime production and testify to the old heat of the fireplace. The master suite upstairs will allow you to sleep under the dome in a 160 bed. Fully equipped. Outdoor living room and pool at your feet.

This unusual place bathed in light is a perfect base for exploring the Médoc. It will be easy to enjoy the vineyards, the surrounding wild beaches, and the waves for surfers looking for tranquility. The house lends itself to relaxation with its pool and "slow life" atmosphere.

Le Petit Tournesol - gîte for two in Challignac

The little Gîte is a beautiful open plan space for two people. A double bedroom sits on the mezzanine level. The gîte sits adjacent to our home ‘Le Petit Tournesol’ and is surrounded by gardens and countryside. In the day please enjoy the pool area (May-September) and the gardens to relax and unwind. Reservations for age 18+ only. We are unable to host children and infants.
