The unit looked exactly like the photos which was such a relief. Everything was pretty much new. The hosts responded very quickly each time. And location was too perfect it was hard to go explore other areas because i never wanted to leave

Perfect little place! It is cute and cozy … very pretty. Quiet too. I will highly recommend to anybody to stay here. :)

We had an amazing 1 month stay @ Charles’s apartment. The space is compact but everything is well considered and very comfortable for 2 people to live. He’s also done a very nice renovation. The apartment is above a great bakery and across the road from the metro which gets you wherever you would like to go in Paris. We love Saint Germain as it’s safe and quieter than areas like le Marais with less tourists. Our stay was dampened by Taxi protests on our last week, however, apparently protests with flares/fireworks is normal in Paris and this was out of Charles’ control. Overall a 9/10 stay and would highly recommend.
