Au vert et proche de la mer, vous partagerez avec Les Mirettes : 1 piscine ext. chauffée de mi-juin à mi-septembre (dates selon météo), salle de jeux avec billard et jeux de société, véranda bibliothèque, table ping-pong, hamacs, vélos adultes et enfant + siège bébé, potager, animaux (moutons, poules, vaches et chats)

A seulement 800m de la mer, 400m des commerces, proche de Saint Jean de Monts et des piste cyclables, c'est l'endroit idéal pour profiter d'un séjour en famille.

Wooden chalet quiet, under the pines and on a beautiful and large landscaped land, by the sea. Direct access to the beach. Lodge in a property with a main building accommodating two other cottages (one 4-6 people, a 2 person) and a small house rented year-round at the entrance. Isolated property, by the sea, protected area Natura 2000, just 2.5 km from the train station and the center of Les Moutiers with local shops and 15 min from the old port of Pornic and large surface areas.

This 42 m2 chalet, not overlooked and air-conditioned, comfortable in all seasons on a 350 m2 plot, totally closed, has a covered terrace of 12 m2. It is equipped with a TV (satellite dish) and a Wi-Fi connection in the chalet.
