Charming 16m2 studio located on the lower ground floor of our house, with a separate entrance. Composed of a kitchenette, a bedroom/living room and a small bathroom. Sleeps 2 adults and 2 children; cramped if all beds are open. Possibility to rent an additional room on the same floor: "Deux-pièces ChezlaCotch2". Large private outdoor space with a pool and a parking space. Quiet place on the heights, beautiful view of Lake Geneva, facing the Lavaux vineyards.

A happy home with an even brighter outlook

Luxury apartment with stunning views, sounds of mountain streams and cowbells. This former Swiss border patrol is a communal monument. Our house is the starting point to one of the best walks in Switzerland (according to Lonely Planet) and can take you to the emerald waters of Lac Tanay. In the winter, your family can enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away. I think 'absolutely quaint' is the best description.
