The place is exactly as described, with cookware and dishes and other amenities. The village shop and The Vine tavern will keep you fed and watered. This is a great place to stay for birdwatching. A few steps from the door in one direction, and you are on a trail to a seawall across a small marina and tidal basin, then on to the Duver. Go the other direction, and you will find access to the National Trust Reserve, including marshland and forest. We didn't have a car during our stay, but got around to Isle features like The Needles just fine because the #8 bus is a 5 minute walk away.

We absolutely loved our stay with Liz and Pete. The place was perfect, spotless and exactly what we were after. When we go back to the Isle of Wight the first place we would try to book would be here.
