You will have the entire place to yourself however there is a self contained flat attached to the house with a separate entry that may be occupied. We have a strict no parties policy.

This property is located in the beach side suburb of St Heliers Bay, which is just a 20 minute coastal drive to Auckland City. This property is ideal for a single couple or families who want a quiet get away near the beach and close to the city and transport. There are a wide selection of nearby cafes and boutiques. With native bush walks only a stones throw away. Please note the only bathroom is an ensuite so this property would not work for two couples. Or more adults than a couple

A spacious room, light, very comfortable

The three Air BnB rooms are downstairs. The hosts are upstairs. The bedroom which faces north, is very sunny and light. There are two chairs with a coffee table in the bedroom. There is also a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, toaster and sandwich press. There is a large table with 2 chairs in the kitchenette where you can eat and/or use your Laptop if you are working or you can use it for groceries etc There is a bathroom with toilet and shower There is a step up to the shower

Suitable for 2 – 3 people, the living area is bright and welcoming. An off street parking bay is available with entry to the facility only metres away. The kitchenette includes a microwave, electric jug, toaster and fridge. Introductory, tea, coffee and breakfast cereal provided.

Fabulous self contained 1 bedroom unit with a large living area on the ground level. Freshly renovated and the unit has access to private courtyard. My husband and I live on the top level with our cats. We are in the main house while the unit is located underneath with own entrance. Buses are within 6 min walk from property and the St Heliers Beach and shops are 1.5km away from the property.
