Bienvenue à La maison de Fébronie , une maison familiale du 18 ième siècle restaurée, récemment classée 3 étoiles ( 2025) en meublé touristique, à proximité de la mer (10 min) côte sauvage Le Collet petit port ostréicole , entre Pornic (12 km) et l'Ile de Noirmoutier (35km). La maison est située dans le bourg à 5 minutes du circuit Vélocéan et de la gare, 45 minutes en voiture de Nantes. Les commerces sont accessibles à pied ( boulangerie , épicerie , boucherie ,presse, savonnerie, musée )

Studio near the Pornicaise coast

The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.
