Fully equipped independent studio (from our house) located between sea and mountain at the gates of the Cévennes park in a charming village with all amenities: shops, local market, bank, pharmacy, supermarket... 50 km from Nîmes and Montpellier, 30 km from Alès and close to other cultural and natural sites, Anduze, St Guilhem le désert, the gorges of the Hérault (canoeing) 1 hour from the Camargue, the beaches of La Grande Motte, Palavas les Flots, Le Grau du Roi.

This old 16th century watermill is located on the outskirts of the town of Saint Hippolyte du Fort, at the foot of the Cevennes. Surrounded by vineyards and the Vidourle river, but still within walking distance of all amenities and the cozy center. The house is suitable for 4 to 6 people, there are 2 2-person bedrooms, possibility to add a crib and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
