Beautiful. quirky decor in the Apple Shed, in a delightful garden setting. The only regret we have is that we were only there for one night, to catch the early ferry from Rosslare, we would have liked more time to explore the beautiful coast and countryside nearby.

Very nice and cozy little accommodation, perfect for couples. There was everything your heart desires. The host family was very friendly and helpful. The residential area was nice and quiet and relaxing.

The Coach House is newly renovated, it’s very clean, cosy and well designed and located on the same grounds as Ballysheen House (where the rest of our family were staying). The grounds are superb - all of us (aged 3 months to 72 years) thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful mature gardens and the peaceful surrounds. The fairy houses and alpacas in particular were a major hit with the kids. Geraldine was also the most welcoming host and promptly responded to all our questions throughout our stay. Proximity to carne beach, the lobster pot and the footpath from the house to lady’s island was also a major plus.

We're just back from a 5 night stay at Ballyumpton House & we had a ball! Everything we needed was there and more! Mignon was excellent. She greeted us at check-in & was on hand if we needed her. Instructions were left for absolutely everything. Plenty of linen, cutlery, plates, etc. She even had prosecco & treats left to welcome us! The location is excellent, beautiful surroundings & just a minutes drive to a spectacular beach. Fabulous! We'll be back!!
