Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Saint-Jacques-de-la-Lande

We had a very good stay at Clément's, who personally welcomed us and gave us good advice for eating and walking. The apartment is quiet, well-equipped and well-soundproofed, 10 minutes' walk from the historic center. Good bedding too. And the parking space is very convenient, regardless of the size of the vehicle. We highly recommend it.

We were 5 girlfriends and we loved our stay at Jean Philippe's. The accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the "Andy le Mabiley" restaurant (excellent address🤤 🎵), 3 minutes from the metro, very comfortable to be able to walk easily without taking the car. A little extra: the parking space in the private parking. As for the accommodation, it was clean, tidy and welcoming. The terrace is an asset to this accommodation that allows you to enjoy the sun on the heights of Rennes. Finally, I will say that the exchanges with the concierge are very fluid and met our expectations. We highly recommend this apartment and will keep the address for maybe a future stay 😋

We loved staying at Pierre’s apartment! It was so nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. He was very clear and precise on the instructions of checking in and the expectations of the place, which was very helpful. The location was also great and easy to get to where we wanted to go. Hi, The speakers weren't working, so the TV sound wasn't great, and it gave me a bit of a headache. The bank is not on the street, you have to walk further to find one. The accommodation is in a private space, and we also share the courtyard with the people who work in the bike shop located inside. There was practically no hand soap in the bathroom, I had my shower gel so it helped me out. Otherwise, good location: you can get to the city easily on foot even without a bus. The accommodation is faithful to the photos, and no noise at night — for me it was perfect. And a big plus: plenty of storage! As a woman, it's really super convenient 🌸 Vincent did not respond very quickly (I guess he works a lot), but he was always kind, respectful and understanding, especially for my departure. I highly recommend this accommodation and would happily come back ✨✨

Jacqueline is a great host, very friendly and accommodating. The accommodation matches the photos, everything is well done and practical (provision of towels, tissues, blanket). We had a great time. The only downside would be that for 10 people, 2 bathrooms (including one in the master suite) is a little tight and the fridge a little small, but when you come as a family you adapt and it works! Even though we only stayed one night, we had the pleasure of chatting with her and sharing a dinner together, which made our short stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend their place!
