The accommodation offers all the comfort you can expect, and Jean-Marc was very welcoming. Close to shops and restaurants, bus stop a few steps away to go directly to the center of Rennes. Definitely recommend.

We literally fell in love with this apartment: the choice of colors is beautiful, the space is well arranged, uncluttered, nothing is cluttered — everything is in its place. The apartment is very well located, close to the city center with shopping centers and all amenities nearby — a real saving of time on a daily basis. A great experience.

A charming apartment that is very quiet and very safe. This is on the edge of old town with many great places to eat. The apartment has everything we needed and Isabelle was very helpful with instructions and recommendations on places to eat. We would be very comfortable coming back to stay again!

Anthony’s place was great for our 3 nights in Rennes. The location is great, walkable to many places. The apartment is very clean and quiet, bed sheets were very clean, and bed was comfortable. It has every thing we could asked for. Anthony also accommodated our special request. Highly recommend his place. Don’t hesitate to book this place.

Very peaceful accommodation, with a jacuzzi that is a real asset. We really enjoyed the presence of the birds in front of the accommodation. The city is quiet and has the necessary shops for a perfect weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Hi, Julien and Alexandra are incredibly kind, very responsive and fully invested. Regarding housing, I⭐️ only put 5 because I couldn't put more. Everything was perfectly in line with the photos. You can go with your eyes closed . I'm already looking for my next date.

A real little gem. Very well located in the heart of Brocéliande. Peaceful, comfortable, clean, new, tastefully decorated. Everything was perfect and even better. Françoise is an absolutely amazing host. We will come again
