The property was completely rebuilt in 2020 by a local Architect in the grounds of one of the Pays d'Auge's famous Manors Seigniorial. Situated 800m from Fervaques the property was designed for handicapped access throughout the ground floor. The 3 remaining bedrooms are on the upper floor. The site has been built with respect of the local traditions and is in the middle of 7.5ha estate that you can visit. The property is 35 mins from Deauville & the Normandy coast and 10 minutes from Lisieux

Adjacent to the old vegetable garden, the gardener's house is an authentic half-timbered Normandy building. Come and discover in Livarot (4 km) the making of the famous Norman cheeses and cider. It is also the land of the horse: many stud farms nearby. A pull-out bed is in place in the living room but will be more suitable for children. Our accommodation is suitable for people with reduced mobility. WIFI available.

In summer, garden furniture, an umbrella, a barbecue and 2 deckchairs decorate the outside (charcoal at your expense). House located 5 km from Lisieux, 30 minutes from Deauville & Honfleur, in the heart of a green hamlet where peace and quiet reign. The landing sites are about 1 hour away.

Donkeys and Apples

This old Norman press, located in the heart of the Pays d'Auge in a charming village, was completely rebuilt in 2023 with careful attention to keeping the beautiful original materials. It now offers a very comfortable house with 3 bedrooms and each with its own bathroom, a living room, open kitchen, a large outdoor terrace. You will share your stay with our donkeys Carotte and Paquine who are in the meadow just below. Two teleworking desks are installed.
