We rented the villa for 12 people for a bachelor party. The place was perfect! Marie is welcoming! The accommodation is just as nice thanks to a superb decoration. Very well equipped! If we had the opportunity to come back, we would definitely do it!

Joyceline's accommodation is located on a huge plot above Lodève, with lots of trees and meadows. A fantastic, unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains inspired us every day. A nice pool is located at the landlady's house, but that does not bother us, as she always keeps discreetly in the background and we did not feel disturbed. We have implemented almost all of your excursion tips, they were great destinations, all within 1/2 to an hour by car.

A warm welcome from Hélène and Gilles as well as their little son on all fours😇😇😇 A spacious, clean and functional accommodation as well as a nice terrace where I enjoyed my breakfast every morning. I should have said Royal Brunch prepared by Hélène with love😋🙏😋 of savory, sweet homemade... divinely good pastries, a special mention for the homemade marmalade with its generous amount of oranges, hihihi, to be able to go for a walk 🤩🤩🤩 Good recommendations from Hélène....The best stop of my 10-day trip where I made 5 stops.... I recommend it without hesitation and would be happy to come back🌞🪷🌞

Eve & Stephane are the most charming hosts & were always attentive to our needs Any little problems were sorted speedily. The location is excelent for exploring Montpellier & we found it an easy 20 minute walk to the city centre. We also took trams which seem to run every few minutes to the centre at a modest cost of 1.9 euros. Fabulous swimming pool at the property which was available between 10.00 & 16.00 hours. Montpellier is a very attractive & elegant city with easy train connections to Nimes, Avignon, Arles & Sete which we also explored.

I was immediately put at ease in their home and everything is the best, you will not want for anything. Believe me, you can rest assured on that level. When it comes to amenities. Everything is functional, even more so for the pool. It's beautiful. The water is clean and very well maintained. The apartment is done with a lot, a lot of taste, I love it! It was very nice! There is a real search for harmony of colors, materials. Very clean with a large living room, a huge well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom, and two huge terraces, we were really quiet. We preferred to park simply in the street, there was space just in front, the village is very quiet. Thanks also to Marion for her responsiveness by SMS! if I really had to find a point of improvement (but it's really looking for the little bug!) it would be a small lamp to be able to read in the evening without disturbing the spouse, (because the bulbs towards the bed always light up together and from the entrance of the room) or simpler plan to bring your e-reader if you like to read a little in the evening in your bed!

We stayed at this location for an extended time and were completely satisfied with the accommodation and the service provided by Pascal and Valerie. The check-in was very easy with them meeting us and explaining the usage and availability of amenities in the apartment. They were very responsive and helpful in so many ways for any issues we needed help with. Everything was well furnished, new and clean. Kitchen is well equipped with accessories, storage and counter space and AC/heater unit is quiet and worked well. Outdoor space is comfortable, private, quiet, and flexible in it’s use. Plenty of plants and greenery on the outdoor terrace. Always available free parking right outside the entrance. Location is in a Cul de sac so almost no traffic noise. The tram is a 15 min walk. 10 min to most amenities. Overall, the location is quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if the circumstances allowed for it. Thank you Pascal and Valerie for a very pleasant and helpful stay.

I spent 5 weeks in the apartment for a training course, it's the cleanest and most pleasant I've tested in 6 months in Montpellier! Recent building, both quiet thanks to the double glazing and yet 5 minutes from the town hall (moulares), well-equipped, good bed (with the mattress topper), beautiful terrace... the host is responsive and understanding, I recommend it!

Very functional apartment, with air conditioning. Very responsive host, perfect location to walk to the center of Montpellier. We also enjoyed the nearby parking lot. We were not sure about our driving time and Valentin was flexible on our arrival schedule, but self check-in would have allowed us to be more flexible on our schedules:)

Beautiful location straight on the beach. Flat is bright, comfortable and easy to use. Excellent beds and showers. Owner is very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

I highly recommend it, ideally located for visiting Montpellier and its hinterland. Good welcome, pool and summer kitchen… the place deserves to be lingered in!! We'll be back!
