The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms each with its own TV, 1 bathroom with double sink, a toilet and a large, very spacious living room, freshly renovated. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

Come and stay in this beautiful family home. It has a pleasant garden at the back - without overlooking - which hosts an 8 m x 4 m swimming pool, with a barbecue and a large outdoor table. Ideal for 6 people, this house is perfectly designed to come and share good times with family. The house is located: - 15 minutes from the center of Bordeaux (also accessible by transport) - 30 minutes drive to the Arcachon basin.

Located close to the airport, the city of Bordeaux as well as on the discovery paths of Landes beaches and Aquitaine vineyards, it is with great pleasure that we welcome you throughout the year. We have converted 2 apartments on the first floor of our house. You will stay in a nice 2-room apartment, in the heart of a large enclosed and wooded garden. A separate entrance is via an external staircase dedicated to guests.
