Very well located accommodation allowing you to get around on foot. The plus is the private parking space. The accommodation is large and comfortable with a magnificent view of the sea 🌊 it looks like a watercolor painting through the window. We really enjoyed our stay and the children also loved it.

We booked Magali's accommodation for a wedding whose ceremony was held opposite. Its location allowed us to make the most of the festivities while visiting the region (Cancale, Saint Malo). Everything is impeccable, from the bedding to the equipment to the decoration. A significant positive point: the house remains cool even in hot weather (except for the dormitory under the roofs). In short, impeccable!

Great stay! The place is beautiful, both inside and outside, very peaceful and welcoming. We were very comfortable in the spacious house: two bathrooms, three bedrooms, seating furniture for everyone in the living room and outside. The house is light and well airy. The house is well signposted with signs on the outside and the self check-in went well. The accommodation is close, by car, to several places we wanted to visit. Anne was very accommodating to our needs, responded and moved quickly if we had questions.

Beautiful location for this old house that has its charm. A very nice view from the second floor bedroom. Possibility to then do everything on foot and access the shopping street in 10 minutes walk. Friendly stay. Accommodating host for the departure time in low season. A small point to note, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved. We appreciated the bouquet of fresh flowers on our arrival.

A lovely, cool and comfortable house. Parking right outside. The garden was particularly lovely at night with all the lights. Very restful and relaxing. Thoroughly recommended.

Super stay and super welcome on arrival. Efforts were made despite the language barrier. It is a beautiful accommodation close to the beach. Quiet environment and you can sit on the terrace in the evening with nice weather. Shops and restaurants are also conveniently close by. The accommodation is equipped with all comforts. We had a lovely stay in Granville. The apartment is as advertised and is very well located (2 min from the city center on foot and 5 min from the martime train station). Régine welcomed us very warmly in the apartment and the communication with was clear and fluid. We would recommend this listing.

Just PERFECT! First of all we were welcomed by a friend of Nathalie's who welcomed us very warmly and her offers to remain at our disposal in case during our stay! When we left we were lucky enough to see Nathalie who is extremely kind and even drove us to the train station! Regarding the accommodation there is nothing but then really nothing to say... apart from that it is just perfect! Don't rely on the photos because it was very spacious we were surprised by the way, it is also full of charm and we felt like home there especially since it enjoys a just exceptional situation! The value is amazing really, you can go without a second thought! It will be hard to find things to say but want to stay there! Another big thank you to Nathalie for her kindness and are careful as well as to friends for hosting us!

Great stay with Zabeth and Pascal. A warm personal welcome, with an explanation of the excellent equipment and the surroundings. Refrigerator filled with soft drinks, yogurt, butter, jam, etc. Furthermore, sufficient coffee is available, including for the Dolce Gusto. Apartment is very tasteful and trendy. The apartment is located on a dead-end street, close to the city center. As a result, it is very quiet in the street and there is no noise nuisance. These superhosts with their beautiful 2 private apartments, are definitely recommended. Thanks for the super nice stay. R&R

We had my husband and I had a very pleasant stay everything was really perfect A spacious, well appointed, quiet and impeccable apartment with very comfortable bedding. Apartment facing the harbor absolutely great to live to the rhythm of fishermen and tides. Very well located, everything is on foot whether it is the walks by the sea, the old town or the city center with artist shops and independents. The apartment is as described, well arranged with a beautiful kitchen and a beautiful living room, ideal for cocooning. The plus, the garage and the private elevator.

Beautiful apartment, quiet and very well equipped. The location is ideal: 2 minutes from the beach without having to cross the road, and 10 minutes from the center of Julouville and shops. The big plus: the exteriors with the garden furniture and the courtyard in which you can park the cars. All surrounded by a fence that makes it so there are no neighbors. We didn't meet Céline and Étienne but they are super responsive if we need anything and very accommodating. I think we'll go back
