It is a peaceful place in the heart of nature and at the foot of the mountains, to relax, to hike to the lakes, to ski, to discover the Grésivaudan valley. The house is designed in relation to the ecology of the place. Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. Come and discover the splendor of the surrounding nature and the charm of Japan.

Waterfront

We offer you for rent part of our carefully renovated house. It is located in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the Chartreuse mountain range. All shops and restaurants are steps from the house. Rivieralp Leisure Center with ecological swimming is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an extra 7 euros.

Village cottage

The cottage is attached to our house and independent. A mezzanine with double bed, and on the ground floor in the main room, a single bed equipped with a pull-out bed that can sleep a 4th person. It is a small village of Belledonne, 30 minutes from the 7 Laux ski resort at the start of hiking trails with many road bike and mountain bike routes. A movie theater 7 km away in the valley the pleasure of meeting and sharing homemade jams!
