A quiet country road, a few houses, and ours: 2,260 square feet of house on just under two acres, sheltered by tall hedges. You hear the birds. And the ocean. Two living rooms, two fireplaces, a steam room. From every window, the garden. In the evening the sun sets at the far end of the property. Tronoën beach is two minutes away by car, or twenty-five on foot through the dunes of the Baie d'Audierne, a protected nature preserve. The beaches of La Torche and Tréguennec are ten minutes away.
