This is the second time we stayed at this house. Maria's house is beautiful, clean, and well kept. She is extremely responsive to all of our needs and checked in on us during our stay to see how she can help make our stay better. The house is spacious and fit our family of 9 very comfortably. The baby accessories, such as a bathtub, high chair, and crib, were very helpful. Maria is an excellent host!

Our stay was fantastic had everything you need and more! Beautiful home smelled clean and was clean the pool is equipped with floats for all ages including toddler safety vest. The owner was amazing very nice very responsive. We will definitely be back for another staycations thank you so much Gladys for your awesome hospitality my daughter had an amazing time!

Went for Rockville so didn't have a lot of time in the house, but the beds were great and the dining room table accommodated the 6 of us and our bounty from Buc-cees. Pool in the back looked nice and the couches were comfortable too

We loved our stay here! Great space for a group of 6 (family of 4 with 2 kids, age 10 and 7, and grandparents). The primary bedroom is on the opposite end of the house, which was a really nice set up to allow grandparents to have their own space. The house is comfortable and well stocked with basics. Brittany was extremely helpful when we communicated a few household items were not working (coffee pot leaking/old, blinds not opening, door not staying latched, etc). She ordered a new coffee maker that was delivered the next day and had a maintenance guy come fix some of the other items. So appreciated the quick response! We loved that there were beach chairs, and enough comfy couches for all of us to relax after a fun day exploring. It’s very easy to walk to the beach, and just a quick drive or 1 mile walk to fun restaurants near by. We loved the space, location, and our first time in Cocoa Beach!

We came into town for just a few days away from Ohio. It was a quick drive to manatees. Also very close to a great downtown area with restaurants and bars. The pool area was even better than we expected! Beds were comfy and the place was very clean. We loved our “Zen” time!

My family of 14 stayed here for 10 days and it was everything we hoped for! The home was so spacious and homey. The themed rooms were perfect for the kids and regular rooms for the adults! The communication with our host was instant and and quick whenever we had a question. The home was very clean and had all the little things we needed. I definitely recommend staying here it is worth every penny and will be back again for sure.

Beds so comfy and the game room was awesome.

We absolutely loved this place. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen area was so nice, and the whole apartment was spotless. The place is basically brand new, and located in the heart of Sebastian on the river. Brian is super quick to respond and was able to help us start our trip one day early! I'll definitely be staying again for the holidays and whenever we visit family local to the area!

Stayed here for 2 nights and will definitely be coming back! Walking distance from restaurants and bars. 2 minutes drive to down town Mount Dora and the area is peaceful and quite! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated room with updated appliances. My favorite part is the back patio for when you come back from having a long day adventuring and just want to sip some wine

The Lil' Hyde Out is small but sweet. It is perfect for two people. Located in a fantastic location. Walkable to Hyde Park Village, Bayshore Drive, and SoHo. The owners/managers (Brightwild) were very responsive to my questions. The unit is well appointed and perfect for a short stay. Since there is an apartment above it, know that you might hear occasional footsteps from there. Also, for the light sleeper to be aware, there are exterior spotlights on the property that may go on and off throughout the night. Neither of these things distracted from our visit. We would definitely stay there again!

I had a fantastic experience during my stay at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully furnished. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in and communication easy from start to finish.

Duane and Regina were excellent hosts during my stay at Palmetto Place. They were responsive, helpful, easy to communicate with and the space is exactly as described and was comfortable, clean and safe.

Super awesome beach location that albeit is shared with other guests, is tucked away, nice and quiet. And Kayla was super flexible for us, very responsive and just as nice as she could be! Absolutely would stay again.

This was our second time staying here and it is an excellent location when we are in town to visit my family. Love the location and proximity to the beach and restaurants. Love the space to bring in family for dinners or to hang out.

Never had a better location!! Perfectly in between everything you could want to do in Orlando! Has a great view of water and close to the pool area. Loved everything about it, we will be back!

Unfortunately, we only stayed 2 nights due to hurricane Milton. It is rough to pay for a week of rest and relaxation and then have to leave so soon. Donald was a wonderful host. It was our choice to leave. The place was very comfortable, clean, and homey. Perfect location right on the beach.

Thank you so much to my host Andrew. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. I had a few issues with booking but Andrew helped walk me thru everything and even made a few phone calls on my behalf(issues nothing Andrew did) so very helpful which I appreciated so much. My sons 18 birthday was the best birthday he as ever had per him. The resort I can’t even describe how amazing it is. The food was very good and prices I thought were very reasonable Activities for the children live music and the lazy river was absolutely our favorite. Staff was so friendly. We will definitely be coming back hopefully soon!

We loved staying at this Airbnb! Maria José helped me confirm if I had received an order when I wasn't home, and I stayed super quiet. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and well decorated. The full kitchen, even oil and spices for cooking. You are a 10-minute drive from Disney, 25 from Universal, and 15 from the Oulets. In the complex in front there is a Walmart and many shops. In short, highly recommended, and when I come back I already know where to stay!!

This place was wonderful! Me an my wife spent the week and had a great time. The location is excellent close to restaurants, shopping, and historical part of St Augustine. Highly recommend Harry’s restaurant in historic St Augustine it’s great. Loved the views in the morning as the sun came up great for picture enthusiasts. Easy access to the beach for your daily beach activities or the evening walks. The inside of the condo was spacious plenty of room. Everything you would need is available in the condo. Place was clean, plenty of linens, available beach chair's, comfortable bed in the master bedroom, and a great washer and dryer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay. Matthew the host was excellent when I reached out to him he was quick to respond and took care of all of our needs.

The place is nice, everything was clean and organized. We set the A/C to 72 before bed and it somehow got up to 81 by the time we got up at 7:00am, not ideal when you have a young child and it is so hot outside. Also was not great that the tenants upstairs were very active walking around and we could hear every step until well past midnight.

Great place. So quiet with a beautiful view. Pool was closed but beach is just 5 min away. Definitely worth it.
