Bungalow holiday rentals in Saint Johns River

This bungalow is a perfect little retreat for a couple or a small family. We would like to head back again this year; we had a restful and lovey time!

All I can say is this beautiful AirB&B made our tiny get away spectacular! It was just a 2 minute walk to the beach, it was clean, had all the amenities and a some extra fun things like a poker table for a nice evening wind down activity. The host Stacey was so kind and welcoming. I know for sure that when we plan another trip to Daytona, we would love to come back to the Pelican Place. Our dog also loved it, there is a dog beach close by too. Fun was had by everyone!!!

PAG has become one of my favorite places to escape to when life is busy. I had to work most of my trip but this house was a perfect getaway. Everything was clean. Super close proximity to the ocean. I’ve stayed in One of Cheryl’s places before and I would gladly return again. The kitchen is well stocked. The bed was very comfy. It literally had everything I needed. Even the towels were nice and soft. I will certainly be back.

Fantastic spot: Easily walkable to everything in town, even closer to the beach, and quiet and peaceful all the while. The large open-air lanai is a nice touch - allows you to easily alternate sun and shade while staying outside. We had great weather, but it would also be a nice place to sit with a coffee on a rainy day. Neighbors are there (hotel and next-door bungalow) but the way it is arranged we didn't much see anyone, the lanai and backyard still felt secluded. The bungalow itself is more spacious than we expected. There are two doors off the lanai, one to the kitchen and one to a living room, which was convenient for us parents after putting the kids to sleep. Nearby playground for families with kids. Sandra was friendly and responsive, and it was great that she was local.

We loved our stay! This was our second time staying here (our first time was in 2023). We love the space! It has a tropical feel, comfy bed, and huge tv (felt like we were at a movie theater). One of the best parts is how easy our beach days were. We didn’t have to carry anything out to the beach because Carey had everything we needed on his beach access!! Tanning spots with cushions, multiple hammocks hung up, chairs, an umbrella, all just a few steps from your room! You just can’t beat that easy accessibility and convenience. Hungry? You can just walk back to the room real quick to grab a snack. No need to pack bags, carry chairs, or pull wagons all the way to the beach. It’s a breeze! My husband and I will return again and again. Thank you, Carey!

The house was beautiful and in the perfect location for our needs. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and our host communicated quickly. Davis Island is a beautiful location to find peace and quiet from the Tampa hustle & bustle. What a great place to tool around on the golf cart that comes with the accommodation. All six of us agreed it's a 5 star air bnb.

What a view! We spontaneously needed a place to stay just for the night and we booked when we were on the road not even 2 hours away. Deana made sure the place was ready when we arrived and we had a great stay. Loved the balcony at night with the sound of the waves and the bright moon shining over the water, and you can’t beat waking up to the view of the beach.

We had the best time and are already looking forward to returning with our family. Cheryl was extremely kind and helpful during our stay

This is the second time I’ve stayed here and it didn’t disappoint. Jennifer is a gracious host. If you’re visiting the area, I HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Jessica’s place in Mount Dora was absolutely wonderful! The home was beautifully kept, well-stocked with everything we needed, and just so lovely throughout. You can tell she puts great care into making guests feel comfortable. We had a fabulous stay and will definitely rent again when we’re back in town. Highly recommend! 🌟

This Airbnb home and host were both exceptional. The neighborhood has some really cute homes, and you just turn right out of the driveway and walk a short distance, turn left and you are there at the beach entrance. The beach was never crowded and quite lovely. Sue's home was immaculate and so organized. Even the utensils and pots and pans were stacked nicely and spotless. Her appliances were all upscale including the washer and dryer. We loved the screened in porch. There were different types of chairs and umbrellas for the beach (along with a wagon), and we also enjoyed her bikes as there were lots of sidewalks for easy riding. Sue left us goodies and was the best hostess. I can honestly say this was one of the nicest places we have ever rented at the beach. We were so pleased with her excellent rates as well. Thank you so very much for opening your home to us.

A group of us stayed here for a wedding in the heart of Ybor City. We felt the cottage was super cozy and comfortable, had everything that we needed for a weekend stay. The house is blocks away from everything you needed which was extremely convenient to walk away everywhere. Would recommend this stay to everyone!

Plenty of room for five adults. Great location and nice neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting out in beautiful backyard. Close to downtown and all the attractions but out of the busy traffic. Would stay again.

This is a good place to stay if you’re traveling with a dog. The backyard is large and fully fenced. The house is also close to the downtown area and beautiful state park. Host communication was great and check in was flexible and easy.

The zodiac was even better than it looks in the pictures!!! The decor is so cool and fun, each room is beautiful and peaceful despite being close to a very busy street (with so much to do!!), and Frank was a wonderful host. Highly recommend staying here!!

Had an excellent stay here. My family came to visit Busch Gardens and this was a great location. The home was super cozy, clean and has everything you need.
