Nice and quiet, clean, great view of the beach, perfect for 2 people, plenty of parking, excellent restaurants nearby, especially Porto Fino, Aunt Catfish, and Dine and Cruise.

There is a painstaking attention to detail in this homey hideaway. The turquoise -- from the shower mat to the Keurig -- are surprisingly cheery and not overdone! This place has it all: location, privacy and cost. Sherman and Marlena are the sweetest hosts you can ever imagine and masters of hospitality. Truly it was all the little touches that made this trip worth it: well stocked kitchen with SHARP knives (that’s pretty rare when you stay in a lot of airbnbs), the binder with all the restaurants they recommended, and all the beach gear you’d need. What really makes this place stand out is the landscaping and the deck. The large deck, multiple chairs, umbrellas, and wash stations are fantastic. You don’t even have to leave the deck to enjoy the peace and beauty of the ocean. We have never travelled to a place with an environment that made relaxation so simple. Thank you for wonderful anniversary trip.

Thank You So Much Edward and Glenna, because we really really enjoyed it. We felt like we were home and they were super super friendly. They were really amazing. They greeted us really well once we got there and they were showing us the map to go around the area and the neighborhood they were really respectful. They always greet us in the morning in the afternoon. It was an amazing place and I really really recommended to everyone who wants to travel to Saint Augustine. It’s really worth it. Everything’s walkable distance and they were polite. I will definitely come back with my friend. We enjoyed it. It was really peaceful. They’re really quiet and they were just really amazing. We booked Erin’s place to be close to the cruise port. Erin was so sweet and helpful in recommending restaurants in the area and responding to any of my questions. I would highly recommend Erin’s place.

This was the perfect spot for us!! A small walk to the beach & it was such a lovely area. Everything was so nice & clean when we arrived. Would definitely stay here again!!

Lara’s place was perfect for my family! The beds were all super comfortable so that we were able to rest easily. The kitchen was well stocked with nice Ninja nonstick pans, essential spices and more than enough paper products and soaps. In fact, there was plenty of bathroom soaps, body wash, shampoos, conditioner, as well as laundry detergents available. One major bonus was all the nice beach gear in the secondary walk in closet. We were glad to have the extra beach cart and chairs and the large nice boogie boards. There were more than enough beach towels. We also used the cooler and shovel from the room. Although I only had my immediate family in our room, we traveled with our extended family in a group of 21 people. Our group stayed in five condos at Sunrise condominiums and Lara’s place was the envy of our group. We had the nicest furniture and supplies in our room compared with the others. I will absolutely book Lara’s place again next time we are in NSB.

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

We had a great time here. The view and beach are amazing. Just steps to the water and we saw dolphins every single day that we were there. Lots of pelicans flying by throughout the day as well! Definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for an awesome beach. There are so many beautiful shells to be found on the beach! We also found a couple shark teeth, which was very exciting! The Reef, Aunt Kate’s, and Caps are all extremely close, with the Reef being within walking distance. Both decks are amazing and really help keep you cool and out of the sun. The house has a ton of beach toys, boogie boards, and chairs to use on the beach. Tons of lizards outside, which we thought was cool. We did see a few cockroaches in the house and had a run in with a Huntsman spider, but in no way did it impact our stay and it was to be expected. It is Florida after all! The house was very clean and we loved our stay here!

EXCELLENT location! We thoroughly enjoyed the pool (and unexpectedly used the hot tub more than we thought we would!). Very spacious. The open concept kitchen, dining and den with pool views gave it a resort like feel. We definitely plan to visit again!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, which made it so easy to pop back and forth throughout the day. As local Floridians who have stayed at many Airbnbs along the coast, we can confidently say this one stands out. The attention to detail and overall vibe made it feel like a true home away from home. We’ll definitely be booking this spot again for our next beach escape!

This is our second stay here and we just love this place! The location is peaceful and right on the water. The new dock is very nice and the fish seem to bite good at this location. The house is very clean, well laid out and super cozy. The beds sleep comfortably and the linens are nice and soft. We love the open layout for the kitchen and living room, the spacious walk in showers and the decor is well put together. Everything you need as far as cooking goes and we love that it’s less than five minutes from the beach access. We will be back and I can’t wait to visit this location for our soon to be third time staying here. I’d make it a permanent residence for my husband and I, if I could. We love it and thank you for having us!

This is our second time staying in Corey’s beautiful home and it accommodated our family of 5 comfortably. It’s clean and spacious. Big yard for kids to kick a soccer ball around, and our oldest went fishing off the pier. Only recommendation is to pack bug spray. 10/10

The unit was very clean. The location was perfect for us and I appreciated the underground parking with a designated parking space. The private terrace provided a great ocean view and some protection from the direct sun if needed. The host even provided some snacks when we arrived. I am looking forward to visiting again later this year.

The location strikes a perfect balance, tucked away enough to feel private, yet conveniently situated between Cocoa Beach’s lively commercial district and the charming, locally-owned shops that give the area its unique character. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and exceptionally well-prepared for beachgoers. From the moment we arrived, everything we needed was already in place, making our visit a breeze. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Cocoa Beach at its best.

I had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location truly couldn’t be better—just steps from the sand with breathtaking ocean views. We loved everything about the location. from the accuracy of the listing, closeness of the pool and minute walk to the beach. The full spice rack and grill seasonings were an added bonus for meal prep! within a few minutes drive to markwys and some of the best restaraunts the area has. The Garlic, Taco Shak, Down the Hatch and the General Public House are our faves! we travel the area often and wouldn't hesitate booking this location if available again. thank you for a carefree visit!
