Studio chaleureux et cosy entièrement équipé avec accès indépendant de plain pied, situé dans une maison d’architecte et dans un quartier résidentiel très calme. Vous disposerez d’une terrasse aménagée indépendante et d'une place de parking dans un lieu clos. Prêt de vélo sur demande. L'emplacement au calme, à 5 min en voiture ou 30 min à pied du centre historique en fait un vrai atout ! Notre logement, classé 3★ en meublé de tourisme, est un véritable gage de qualité et de confort.

Le cadre de notre maison est très agréable car la propriété est grande et proche de la forêt et d'un ruisseau. Les grands comme les petits pourront se promener, jouer à plein de jeux que nous avons (table de ping pong, badminton, pétanque...), profiter de la piscine et des différents espaces de détente ! Nous avons également soigné le confort et la décoration. Enfin pour des soirées au calme, nous avons installé un vidéoprojecteur connecté afin de regarder des films ou des séries.

The pool is available from the end of May to September, the petanque court all year round. The 80 m2 Cayman Gîte is an independent gîte in an outbuilding of Villa Crocodile. Sleeps 5. Benefiting from all modern comforts, it is decorated with antique furniture and offers panoramic views of the river. It offers a comfortable terrace and access to the garden along the river. The owner's pool is accessible from 2pm to 6pm. Given its proximity to the river, it is not recommended for children who cannot swim.
