Gite du Rocher 1 – Vercors

Facing the cliffs of Presles and the cave of Choranche, the cottage is a completely independent and open apartment for 2 (or even 4) adults and a child, in this typical old farmhouse, inhabited by the owners. You have a private terrace with exceptional views, and you have free access to the large garden. Within the Regional Park, in a Natura 2000 area, the cottage has direct access to the forest. Beware of the many ponds, swimming pool, sloping terrain, steep stairs, which put a lot of obstacles in the way of small children or people with reduced mobility.

We offer you for rent a part of our carefully renovated house. It sits in the heart of a typical Savoyard village with panoramic views of the La Chartreuse massif. All shops and restaurants are steps away from the house. The Rivieralp leisure center, with its eco-friendly swimming area, is a 3-minute walk away. Free parking is right next to the accommodation, we have a private courtyard for motorcycles. Breakfast on request for an additional €8.

Chartreuse wooden house

Welcome to La Pequina! My father and brother built this little Chartreuse wooden house last year. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room open to the kitchen and a very large terrace. There is no one opposite, the view overlooks Chamechaude, the highest mountain in Chartreuse, on one side and the Charmant-Som on the other. In summer you will find nice walks, in winter you will enjoy cross-country skiing, sledding and beginner slopes.

The Quiet Stones

We will host you all year long in a nice, cosy, renovated barn located in a small village in the middle of the Chartreuse Mountain chain. The studio is composed of a bedroom on the first floor with a bathroom (shower) and on the ground floor, a kitchen with a microwave, electric cooking Appliance. Note that the toilets are on the ground floor. Bed sheets and towels provided. Homemade breakfast not included in the price.

85 m² apartment + pool + spa + sauna + lake view

Come and enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Aiguebelette. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool available from May to the end of September, the private hot tub available all year round as well as the outdoor wood-fired sauna and its terraces. The property is close to Exit 12 of the A43. We are 49 minutes to 1 hour from the ski resorts. This rental is only for 2 adults without children (no additional people are allowed).
