Very nice place with amazing views. One of the bathrooms has a tub with no shower, but the place is as described and looks like the photos on the site (views are even better than in the photos). Great stay overall.

Had a lovely stay at L'Appartement de Juliette. This very nice place was clean, comfortable and convenient. Vincent was very responsive and helpful, even offering to store my suitcase on my final day in Annecy. Highly recommended.

Superb apartment, spectacular views, very wonderful host. All the amenities listed plus much more- very well equipped kitchen. Felt right at home and the lovely deck view, and location in the town of Chamonix was perfect for my family of three.

Claire’s rental space was beyond my expectations. Everything and so much more than what a camera can capture. There is an ambiance and beautiful treasure awaiting all who come. Claire and her husband, Alain , made such a generous strides to be excellent hosts. I have never had such kind and gracious hosts along with such pristine and beautiful accommodations. We will be back and will not want to stay anywhere else!

Super finely renovated apartment, with a lot of attention to the detail and located in a gorgeous area. We spent the day in Annecy, which is a totally recommended visit just half an hour away. The instructions were very clear, the communication fluent, and our stay was fantastic. Totally recommended.

Le logement était propre et bien rangé à notre arrivée et fidèle à sa description. Les indications pour trouver la clé sont bonnes et elle est à proximité du logement. L'appartement se situe à quelques pas du lac et non loin du centre historique ! Les propriétaires ont été réactifs, aidants et agréables. De plus ils fournissent de bonnes idées d'activités à faire durant le séjour. Bonne expérience, merci pour tout :)

Maria et Jean-Marc sont des hôtes très accueillant et très ouvert sans être avares de renseignements pratiques. Le logement correspond exactement à la description de l'annonce et s'avère très fonctionnel. Jean-Marc s'est proposé de nous amener sur un site proche de leur domicile tout en nous faisant découvrir sa région natale. Un grand merci à Maria et Jean-Marc pour leurs conseils et leur disponibilité. Au plaisir de les revoir éventuellement si l'occasion se présente.

My son and I had an awesome/great time. It feels like we are in a 5 Star hotel. Beautiful, homely, breathtaking, lovely, pleasant, cozy, luxury, perfect place, exclusive, high quality, meticulously clean, calm surrounding. We say A Big Thank You To Liselotte and her husband, they are kindhearted, considerate, easygoing, friendly, amazing, and communicate easily. We will surely miss this beautiful, lovely home and we cannot wait to come back again and enjoy all the luxurious amenities.

A jewel by a running river where you can cool off in between exploring Annecy, Chamonix or the local mountain villages. House is perfect! An authentic watermill with a completely enclosed beautiful garden next to the river. The village of Frangy has everything including Boulangerie, fromagerie , local winery and authentic farm restaurant serving delicious meals with in and outdoor seating to watch the world go by. Beautiful walks to nearby waterfalls from the doorstep: highly recommended!

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

Séjour génial au 427, parfait pour profiter à deux. Le logement est impeccable, extrêmement propre, climatisé et il ne manque rien. On sent que le confort de leurs voyageurs est très important pour Elisabeth et son mari, et cela a été fortement apprécié! Que demander de mieux qu’une soirée apéro jacuzzi barbecue avec une belle vue sur les montagnes ? Merci à tous les deux !

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacance dans le bien d'Hélène. Elle nous a très chaleureusement accueilli. Son appartement offre une vue très agréable sur le lac et son jardin. Une terrasse nous permet de profiter d'un calme extraordinaire et du coucher du soleil. Son appartement est très fonctionnel, très bien rangé, propre, et offre de la fraicheur les jours plus chaud. Le village de Clairvaux est très mignon, et est accessible rapidement. On se trouve dans un rayon de 30 minutes en voiture pour visiter les cascades, les lacs, et belvédères… Nous remercions Hélène pour son accueil, et sa gentillesse.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

We absolutely loved this property. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet in the evenings but steps away from dining, bars and other activities. The area is very walkable. The restaurants and shops in the area are very friendly- we felt like part of the neighborhood when we left. We made many friends. Everything matched the description perfectly and the AC was cool and comfortable the one really warm day. We loved having a refrigerator and kitchen to reheat leftovers from the amazing nearby restaurants. I highly recommend this property and look forward to returning. The location, the team and the accommodations were perfection.

Très bon séjour d’1 semaine aux « Pieds dans l’EAU »• À quelques minutes à pied du lac et du centre du village de Talloires (très bon pain frais le matin!), logement récent très propre, spacieux et très lumineux, tout confort, très bien équipé et très joliment décoré, avec une place de parking privé très appréciable. Des horaires d’arrivée et de départ très flexibles en toute autonomie. Sincères remerciements à nos hôtes, en particulier Florian avec qui nous avons été le plus en contact. Très sympathique, bienveillant, très attentif et attentionné, toujours disponible et très réactif à nos demandes. En bref, beaucoup de « très » dans notre commentaire mais très mérités … On ne peut que recommander sans hésitation. Seul regret Florian, ne pas vous avoir rencontré en personne ! Nous avons passé 3 jours dans le logement de Marilyne, où tout est bien pensé pour que nous passions un magnifique séjour dans cette si belle région. Marilyne est disponible, réactive, et très sympathique. Je recommande ce logement pour son emplacement, sa propreté et sa vue sur le lac d'Annecy.
