Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Saint-Lambert, Paris

Christophe's hospitality exceeded my expectations. He was responsive, thoughtful and showed genuine care and attention to everything that he knew would make my stay pleasant. As a solo traveller, he made me feel like I was family without being intrusive. The accommodation was exactly as described, a self contained unit close enough not to feel too isolated and separated enough to maintain your own space. The neighbourhood felt safe and had everything (transit, restaurants, grocery store, laundromat) within a 5 minute walk. There is an added bonus, a quick 12 minute walk will take you by the Seine where you will be surrounded by locals walking, jogging and picniking. I highly recommend staying at Christophe if you are looking for an authentic and charming french experience.

We had a lovely stay! Metro etc is close by! The Airbnb is lovely and has everything you need. The host Matthieu is very welcoming and dropped us off pastries that were lovely! Highly recommend if staying in Paris! Thank you Matthieu!

This place is a real hidden gem—super special, with a great location near the Luxembourg Gardens and just a 10-minute walk from excellent restaurants, bars, and shops. François is a very helpful host and was incredibly kind to us. Since we were traveling with a baby, we needed some flexibility with check-in and check-out, and we also needed some mugs in the kitchen, which he brought as soon as he could. The air conditioning worked really well, which was much appreciated with 33-degree weather in Paris and a baby! We loved the place and will definitely come back next time

The accommodation is very nice and close to public transport. Sophie was very welcoming and very accommodating with the departure and arrival times.

Great host, easy and accurate instructions to follow

Pierre was an incredible host! The private Villa was inside a gated historic community. You immediately feel safe and are in awe, of the cozy space. Inside the sixth District, which was close to everything we wanted to see while visiting Paris the Metro was only a six minute walk, restaurants and cafés abundantly located nearby. Pierre went the extra mile to allow us early entrance and had us picked up from the airport. I would recommend this beautiful space to anyone I know. Pierre was readily available to answer. All questions in his hospitality was top notch.. Thank you for letting us visit. We look forward to future stays. Merci Beaucoup.

The listing was located in a great location with lots of local cafes and restaurants nearby. If was also next to a metro and bus stop which made getting to the city very easy.

I stayed here while attending an event at the exhibition centre. Its an extremely convenient location, very quiet at night, perfect apartment for a business trip. The communication was excellent and I can highly recommend this location.

I had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Paris! Although the apartment was a bit small for four guests, we still liked it very much. You have to maneuver a bit back and forth to sleep and cook/ eat for 4 people, but the furniture is well thought out and can be quickly rearranged. The location of the apartment is simply unbeatable – central and super convenient for exploring the city. Great bakeries and restaurants just around the corner! The apartment was well equipped and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. I can definitely recommend this place and would come back anytime!

Federico’s place is not easy to describe. It is an extremely tasteful decorated Haussmann apartment, yet it feels totally home. It’s in one of the best possible locations in Paris (my ultimate favorite area), you can walk anywhere and metro station with 1 minute walk. The interior is even more beautiful than the photos, as Federico made enhancements with top notch design elements. It is a very rich experience to spend time in a beautifully designed space if it’s designed by someone tasteful for themselves, not for a rental place for the sake of decoration. There is a prize winning famous patisserie with 1 minute walk with the best croissant, which made us enjoy incredible breakfasts on the terrace while one person enjoying Pantheon and the other enjoying Note Dame. The nights were also delightful in the terrace with your wine and hard to beat Parisian view & flowers. The communication with Federico was perfect and he helped us with everything even though we had many questions✨

The apartment was charming and corresponded to the pictures. We enjoyed our stay very much, as it was very cozy, the area quiet with a nearby park and numerous restaurants. Felix gave us good tips for parking and with rental bikes you are well on your way in Paris. Thanks for that and see you next time!

Great location, cosy apartment with everything needed for a short stay and very responsive host. Milenko's thoughtful touches in the apartment were most appreciated. The place is well connected by bus and metro, and even walkable to a lot of sites. It is quiet, but really close to some great restaurants and pastry shops. Would love to stay again!

The location is very convenient — the metro is right under the building. All the necessary shops, cafes, and restaurants are nearby. The Eiffel Tower is about a 20–25 minute walk away. The kitchen, bathroom, and rooms were clean, with all the necessary amenities and even more. Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and there’s a fan in case it gets hot — and it was hot! The host was incredibly responsive — we communicated in broken English, but still managed to understand each other and sort everything out. Check-in was easy, everything works with access codes, super simple. The place matches the description and is definitely worth the price!

A common saying in US real estate is “location, location, location”. Perfectly situated, the quintessential Parisian living experience. Restaurants, supermarkets, boulangerie/patisserie, even a movie theater at the corner. Awesome.

Very good accommodation, with convenient transportation and complete facilities. The best thing is the meticulous care from the landlord Xenia. Paris is also amazing! I hope to meet you again next time.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. This is a beautiful place to stay. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The balcony is absolutely fantastic place where you can see the sunsets with a glass of wine. Neighbours are very quiet and friendly so you can fully rest after long walking across Paris. Alexandre is amazing host, always in touch to deal with any questions we had. Perfect spot for my family. Needed a 2 bedroom and loved the view. About a 10 to 13 minute walk from public transit. Quiet and peaceful. Great bakery around the corner. Host and co-host super responsive.
