We felt right at home. We particularly liked the shutters in the bedrooms and the insect protection in front of the windows. The air conditioning in the individual rooms was also good. The kitchen was great and equipped with many utensils. The house is in a quiet location and you can quickly walk to the beach. We will glad to spend our vacation here again.

Since everything was in order in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans the small beds - but that's in the description. The interior is all top as described. The stairs are very steep, so you should be fit. The location - wow, just great. THE view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also preseason and nothing was happening. Brioche our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

Overall we had a nice stay. The instructions for accessing the accommodation are very clear and you need them because all the accommodation looks the same. The proximity to the beach is really an advantage and the host recommended a restaurant where we ate very well. Thanks again. We spent a weekend in Liliane's house ( we only had a connection with her) and it went very well! The house was perfect and has everything you need. Parking nearby and possibility in front of the house. Liliane was responsible and full of good intentions. I recommend this house which is perfect for a good holiday. Great location.

Great apartment with a breathtaking view. We were able to watch the sunrise (5:30 am ^^) with the sea view from the couch. Super well-equipped with parking space in the residence. Really not disappointed and I will come back if I come to the region!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Nice, secure area. We loved the fact that so many restaurants and stores are in walkable distance. Also, the bus and train station are easily accessible by foot. Host is fast to respond and helpful. We would love to stay here again if we get to make it back to Perpignan.

Sabines place was a very nice place to stay in, everything was in working order and very clean. Courtyard area was lovely with a very nice jacuzzi. Bath robes and slippers were an extra touch. Beds were super comfy and great cooking facilities. Sabine allowed us to check in earlier and was very communicative. Location was as expected, walking distance to a couple of bakery’s and restaurants and a grocery store. WiFi was a little slow at times and a cat kept coming into the courtyard and trying to get in but unfortunately we are allergic to cats. Thank you for our stay!

An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.

The reception by Alain and Nathalie upon our arrival in Calmeille and the introduction to our "new home" was very reliable and committed. During our stay, we got to know them as extremely helpful, warm, generous and also discreet people. The house is really beautifully renovated and tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable there right away. It is perfectly equipped with everything that belongs to a successful stay, but without appearing overloaded. It is one of the top three of the many Airbnb accommodations we have visited. We enjoyed the hikes recommended by Alain in the immediate vicinity of the house. Simply brilliant, these pure nature experiences! We highly recommend the accommodation to all who love peace and quiet in nature.
