Gite de 150 m2 refait à neuf dans le medoc avec son spa privatif (qui fonctionne toute l’année). Jardin derrière la maison exposé sud et entièrement clôturé de 450m2 avec grand barbecue dans cheminée extérieur +garage +parking devant la maison. Elle est composé d’une salle à manger , cuisine équipée avec lave vaisselle, 4 chambres avec chacune leur salle de bain privative, 2 wc,garage, TV, wifi. Pour vous divertir, le logement est équipé d’un billard table, une table de Ping Pong, fléchette.

"CHEZ GINOU" The house by the lake

Welcome to Ginou's in ''lachanau''. My house is air-conditioned and comfortable. Ideally located near the lake and ocean. Depending on the season: swimming, water sports, walks in the forest, horseback riding, visit to the Médoc castles and also: naps in the sun or half shade, petanque and books available, children's games... what happiness! The house is fenced (parking for 2 vehicles). There is another accommodation but each has a garden and the private spaces are perfectly independent.
